The only reason I gave this place 5 stars is because of Audrey. If it wasn’t for her, we would never come back to this location. The manager here is completely incompetent and doesn’t listen to what the customer asks for and then blames it on the employees. Audrey on the other hand was absolutely amazing! She listened to us and made sure she knew exactly what we were looking for and she found the perfect diamond and ring for us! She went above and beyond to make us happy! I definitely recommend asking for her when you go in!
