I don’t know what problems others have, but I have been with my Dr. For several years now & have nothing but wonderful things to say about my entire experience with the whole staff. They work me in if I need, accommodate if I am early & are very quick to answer questions or respond to messages.

I have been going to RFP for over 20 years, but, sadly, I and my family are actively searching for a new doc. RFP has become too big and their customer service is very poor. They no longer respond to phone calls and, when the doctors need to be contacted, even their staff cannot reach them and it can be days before you hear back from them. Case in point, about a month ago, I was to call for a refill on my antibiotics after an injury. I did as directed and the doc was nowhere to be found. She did not respond to staff emails and my refill was delayed by days… on a medication the doc said should have no lapse. Now, my daughter is having problems with a medication and the doc cannot be found. We called in over 24 hours ago… to no avail. Besides not being able to reach the doctors, the last two times I was in for appointments, related to my injury, I sat in the room, waiting for what felt like forever, in pain, while the doc and nurses stood outside the room talking about personal business(their children, plans for the weekend, etc.) Professionalism no longer exists at RFP. Our faith in them is gone. They dropped the ball too many times. I can ignore the lack of service until it comes to my children. I draw the line when it comes to them.

I have been going there for a while, well over 10 yrs. The staff is friendly. I have no problems getting a quick appt to get in to see my doctor. He spends a lot of time with me to address my concerns. Well things turned recently, when all I asked for was a referral for my Ins co. to go to the chiropractor once a week, as ins only allows 8 times a yr! Well«he doesn’t believe in it» well I spoke to the head person at the office, and made the comment about, he shouldn’t be about«his beliefs», «he has made comments, well has it cured you? No it won’t, but it helps me, I made a comment to the head person at the office about calling the board, and this person ran back and told«him» since then, he has treated me horrible, and made very rude comments, saying if I got off all the meds I was on, that I would probably feel better… you can say nasty things to me, but when I had my daughter with me for my appt, and you made a nasty comment to her, that draws the line. I can’t believe how this doctor use to be the nicest doctor to the nastiest person! I’am a very blunt person, and if I’am going to call the med board, trust me I will let you know, and then switch doctors. I’ve told him time and time again, I haven’t, but he can believe what he wants. You drew the line speaking to my daughter the way you did. I didn’t call on you, but the way you treat me, because you think I did, I’am looking for another primary doctor, and you can keep your«I don’t believe in chiropractors to yourself. It’s been real, but your bed side manner sure has changed, and I won’t continue to pay you, for you to treat me the way you do. Oh and the wait time SUCKS!!!

What a horrible experience I had here. I am a new patient with several chronic conditions. As I began to address the doctor I was quickly informed that I had no more than 15 minutes to complete this appointment. Are you kidding me?!! I have never had a doctor appointment that was conducted by stopwatch. This is definitely not patient centered care. Needless to say I will not be going back.
