I recently lost my only car key. The dealer wanted $ 450.00 to replace it(it is a transponder type), plus I would have to tow it several miles to the dealership. I checked online, but in the end called around to various local locksmiths to see if they could help. I was quoted prices near the dealer cost by some. I called All Cal and spoke to a very nice woman. She actually looked up the price of the key(the others gave me a price immediately) and when she checked to see if they had my key in stock, came back with a price $ 10 lower than originally quoted. This is a mobile business, so she made an appointment to come out to my house a few hours later. She and her husband(John Ferreira) arrived a few minutes early and a half hour later I had an ignition key, plus they made me an extra key that will unlock the doors. I paid exactly what they quoted me over the phone. My carelessness cost me $ 125 for the key and $ 45 for the service call, but was far less than what the dealer and other locksmiths wanted. The Ferreria’s were extremely professional and provided great customer service. I highly recommend All Cal for any locksmith need(their card says they do home/auto/commercial). We need more people like the Ferreira’s in the service industry.
