Oh man. I haven’t had a wow effect like this when trying out something new for a long time. Yes, the subs are a bit more expensive, but for what you get the price is reasonable. A fresh large meaty sandwich for $ 11 can’t be beat. Also, if you are confused like I was, hot refers to the temperature of the sandwich and not hot as in spicy.

This is a place amongst many that dose the same thing. Nothing stands out from this place that is memorable then another that will make me drive past another to get to it.

Yesterday’s visit on Mother’s Day was so awesome;) the customer service was exceptional from Terrance, he had a great personality and was so kind, even gave me a free cookie on him for Mother’s Day as he did for all moms that came in;) I love their sandwiches… I was stoked we were getting a location because the first time I tried this company was in Texas. Great food and great employees! I got the number 10 but switched with turkey meat so good!

5 stars for food and customers service. We’ve never been here before so we’re not exactly sure what to get. Micaela gladly showed and explained us the menu and made a couple of suggestions that we actually tried. Sandwiches are good. Very light yet filling. And we’re definitely coming back here again.

Finally we tried this place last night and I must say the best Subs I ever had. We had Bacon ranch and Hero subs and it was juicy and delicious. Price was about right we spent about $ 24 on both of us combos. I’ll be nice if they add beer to there menu. Service was great and we will be back.

Every time the sandwiches are fresh and hot from their turkey to their smoked beef. They always pile on the meat you are never lacking and the larges OMG which puts Subway to shame. This is a place stared by Fireman and proceeds of the sales really do go to the local Firefighters funds

Really great sandwiches! Clean restaurant. Friendly staff! Very pleased. Ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch with a few customizations to meet my dietary needs. The staff members were accommodating. My sandwich was delicious! I’ll definitely be back!

We love their sandwiches but we wont be returning. There has been a mistake each of of the last four visits that we’ve gone. This time we ordered 3 kids meal sandwiches and only received 2, the time before last we got two sandwiches that were not what we ordered, we were shorted sandwich three times ago, &4 visits ago we were actually given one extra sandwich but even with that bonus our order wasn’t right so we didn’t get the sandwiches that we wanted. IF you’re going to eat here make sure you eat in so you can catch their mistakes before you drive all the way home and find out that you don’t have what you ordered. As I told then when I called to complain just now I’m not driving all the way back over to you when I’ve got three kids to feed and one is now crying, I’ll make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and be done.

Decided to try out Firehouse Subs since I always wanted to try it. Walked in and it has a firehouse feel to the place. Upon reading the reviews I heard you get a big«Welcome to Firehouse Subs», didn’t get that. I also expected a lot more sandwich options, but that was disappointing. Togo’s has more options then this place. I got the #5; the Italian. It was good I can give them that. But for a large sandwich, chips and a large drink for $ 14, that’s a little overpriced. Overall, if you are looking for a new sandwich place and are in Fremont; go check out firehouse subs. Everybody has their own opinion on each place. Maybe your visit is better then mine. 4⁄5 starts. Must try!

Firehouse Subs isn’t fast food. it isn’t a sports bar, so why 3 flatscreens tuned to sports? menu looks creative, under the bun, choices are still turkey, «smoked» turkey or real meats that kickstart that caricinagent gene in ur bod. eats: new york steamer(med.7.79) –corned beef, pastrimi, provolone, mayo, lettuce, mustard, & italian dressing. side of pickle spear. *didn’t notice upgrade to lg. +3 on board for large, saw it in pamphlet. –little veggies, better value than subways, bread on board looked dutch crunch, got regular wheat or white bread. mucho caloreies, 700+ take outs –showing my warriors color, i thought the game on was live. nope, 2 days ago. –was also rooting for the wrong colors until i spotted curry, green, and refocused my energies. –gal at register asking guys: «are u ready to order yet» aren’t them any flavors. med looks like the only choice, LG. isn’t noticeable rightaway, if at all. it’s a better value. –3.5 stars, no 4 since not a great value, taste ok, a liitle generic, meats/cheese better than condiments.

Firehouse Subs in Fremont. Have been to this place few times now and every single time I had the best experience. Their sandwich is the only one which reminds me of a sandwich that I love back in India. Food: 5⁄5 I ordered the Veggie sub without mushrooms, I have to say that they really nailed it in terms of taste, the proportion of each ingredient was perfect. The size of their sandwich was also the right size and plus the variety of spicy sauce they have is amazing. I always go for the mango habanero sauce but this time the manager recommended a polynesian sauce which was great as well. Price/Value: 5⁄5 I think it is the right price for the quality and quantity they serve. Services: 5⁄5 Friendly staff, they greet you as you enter the store. The manager is amazing and does a great job in explaining everything and making sure that I am happy with everything. Facility: 5⁄5 Very nice, clean and big seating area. Would definitely come back to this place. The only reason my trips are not as frequent is the location as it is far for me and If they opened up a few more locations around the bay area it would be awesome :) :)

Got 2 subs: a large firehouse hero $ 11.29, and a capt. sorensen’s datil pepper grilled chicken — $ 6.79. The sauce was probably the best part of the chicken sub. It was super tiny, but it was my fault for ordering a «500 and under» sub. It shouldn’t even be called a sub, it’s literally the size of a hamburger bun. I was in a rush, so I didn’t realize it would be nearly $ 7! Definitely not worth it. For a few dollars more, the large sized firehouse hero was a better value. More meat, and decently sized(that’s what she said, lol). You can download their app & sign up for their rewards to receive a free large drink. Their app was malfunctioning at the time, so we had to sign up via their website. Overall, they have a great selection of subs. Just stay away from the«500 and under» ‘subs’. I liked that they have their«Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation» — they encourage donations, which seeks to improve the life-saving capabilities and the lives of local heroes and their communities.(Sounds fancy, I know. Not my verbiage, got it from their website ;)

Went into this place after hearing about it entirely too long! I really enjoyed their subs! Everyone I go to a new sandwich place, I get their turkey with bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, and a side of pepperoncinis. Lol I was disappointed to find out they didn’t serve avocado(or guacamole). Besides that, the sandwich came out toasty and their turkey was delish. Reminded me of the shredded turkey just like which wich(I thoroughly enjoy). I ordered the wheat bun type thing(comes on all under 500 calories sandwiches), and I thought it was good: nice and squishy, just how I like it. Overall, it was good. The service was quick. When I let the employee know I was a first timer, she was quick to help me and made a ton of helpful suggestions. I am fortunate to live around several sandwich places. Even though it isn’t my favorite place(cheese taster off mission is sooo good), I will definitely be coming back.

Short Story: A somewhat average place for subs… but much better than Safeway! Long Story: I came here on a Saturday morning and there were not too many people. We were greeted by a shoutout at the door and then saw the large signs near the cash register where we would order our food. The menu takes a minute to go through everything, but it is simple. You have your favorites and then sandwiches and your choice of bread. You also can choose to get it fully involved. There are also two freestyle Coca-Cola machines that can create over 100 different styles of soda! You can also add on chips and drink for $ 2 or $ 3 more. I got the hook and ladder(without mayo) and the total came out to be about $ 12. I didn’t like it so much… but maybe I just got the wrong sub. Their décor is really cool, decked out with fireman gear and all. The tables are either high bar stools or regular ones. Verdict: I will give them another chance someday…
