Found my go to spot for alterations in my new area… some times it takes a while… but I have found it. Kim is amazing and she is really talented! She made some last minute alterations for me before a business trip… literally with an hour and half to closing! Happy with the service and will be back for sure!

This is my new favorite alterations place. I had a halloween costume altered, and she did such good work! Not to mention, the price is hard to beat. I’m planning on getting a dress altered here as well. Her customer service is on point and she even put extra effort into my halloween costume, which I’m so grateful for. She was also very pleasant to talk with and to brainstorm with various solutions to garment issues — I highly recommend this place for her amazing work.

The lady who worked here was very professional. I was offered service right when I walked in. I told her what I needed to be altered and she told me to go try on the clothes in their one fitting room. When I was unsure how short to hem my skirt, she offered her suggestion without being forceful. She speaks both English and Vietnamese, which I didn’t know prior to coming in, but we bonded over that because I was able to converse with her part of the time in Vietnamese.
When I came back for the clothes a week later, I tried them on and they looked amazing. The skirts looked in the same condition that I bought them, just with my perfect measurements. I was very satisfied with my experience here. The quality of the alterations were phenomenal plus the prices can’t be beat! :)

My cousin referred me to KT Dry Cleaners. KT’s is the best cleaners. I drive from Hayward for their services. Not to mention Kim does a heck of a job on alterations!!! I’ve taken stuff to be realtered and she does an excellent job every time. I highly recommend KT cleaners

I highly recommend Kim’s services. Really it is the best. I ordered some outfits online from India, women’s embroidered fancy dresses, and they turned out too loose. I generally shop online because of better pricing and selection. As the dresses were not returnable, I took them to Kim at KT Cleaners for adjustment. I spotted her Cleaners and Alterations sign when driving to teach my Yoga class. I got a good feel about Kim and the place right away. Her prices are also reasonable. She gave them back to me timely, and I am so happy with them. They now look lovely and fit nicely. I shall now buy them loose on purpose and have Kim adjust them as that makes dresses look lovelier than buying the right size, as this way it is custom contoured to your body. Please use Kim’s services to beautify your wadrobe.

I found this place through Unilocal and even though it did not have any reviews/​ratings I took a chance. I told myself that if I get decent customer service then I would go for it. I took my 4 year old to get his suit altered (sleeves shortened, waist adjusted and pants hemmed). The owner Kim welcomed us with a smile. She took my son’s measurements and was friendly towards him which allowed a smooth sailing fitting session (you guys know how toddlers get). She had the suit ready as scheduled pick-​up time. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was Excellent! I am glad that I found a new «go-​to» seamstress since I just moved to the area. Great job Kim! I highly recommend!

The cleaners I used on Fremont Blvd closed down so I went to KT cleaners located opposite Thornton Junior High. I was amazed to learn how reasonably priced they were. I was anxious to see the results on how my dry cleaning & laundry was going to turn out & I was very impressed with the results. They Hem my pants for $ 6.99 also discounted price on dry cleaning & laundry. A+
