I am so seriously in love with the service provided at this salon. I have gotten my hair done and on a regular basis I get my facial threading done as well. Nehal is the BEST! She is so meticulous about her job, I have never had someone do my threading as nicely as she does. It’s perfect every single time; I won’t go anywhere else now!

I have been going here for long time now. The place looks good. This place is now much better… After new layout and interior. I mainly look Tracey for haircut. She is good *****. I will recommend this place if you like to have a layered/​steps cut with seizure.

Nehal is great! For waxing full legs and bikini she is sensitive towards you and always asks if you’re doing okay. Very clean and respectful. I’ve been going there for less than a year now and love it!

I love this place because I’ve been going here since back in high school. I come here mainly for eyebrows threading. I recommend you to get Nehal as your threader. She’s amazing, the reason why is because she has lots of patience and understands what you want and best for your brows. I can’t trust any other theater because everyone looks at it. Lol! Always call the place and ask for her if you’re going there or set an appointment. She will be there if you come walk in, the wait isn’t that long.

I love Tracy and her team. She’s amazing with kids haircut. Nehal is fantastic for facials. Love the location too:) right next to Starbucks!

OMG!!! Tracey is the BEST! My kids & I have been coming to her for years. My youngest son hated haircut, I used to take him to other salon, he would cried & scream… But Tracey!!! He’s adores her and let her cut his hair. She’s very very patience and listen. Once you come here, you wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you Tracey for making my life a little easier when it come to my son haircut. Lol

This review is long overdue… but, Traci does amazing work. I came here on a fairly desperate whim about 2.5 years ago for a cut and color after work. Not only do I love the fact that they’re open late, but they’re all really personable people. When I went 2.5 years ago, I was going for a pretty drastic change– I went from my hair length from mid back to a just-​above-​the shoulders A-​line bob. Traci helped me pick out the colors and got the cut just right. Fast forward another 2.5 years, and being the minimalist maintainer that I am, I hadn’t trimmed nor colored my hair since that last cut. Came in again because I recalled that I had a wonderful experience here and that they were open late. Walked in, and was seated fairly quickly. To my surprise, Traci remembered me, and all of the stuff we talked about… kids, life, work, etc. did the same thing before, had waist length hair and went for a jaw length A-​line bob with color. I’m almost a month and a half into my new cut, and I’m STILL getting compliments on it. What’s even more amazing is their knowledge of ethnic diversity and customs. Had two clients walk in with head wraps, and Traci asked if they would feel more comfortable if the doors were closed and locked; the women said that it would make them feel more comfortable. I’ve been recommending this place since my first cut… I know I will be coming back for my next.

Good customer service with friendly staff. The hair stylist who works here is quite talented. She is an artist :)

Tracy was extremely fast and efficient and her personable demeanor made the whole experience a very good one. I had gone in for a hair wash and blow dry and looked a completely different person when I stepped out. The new décor looks great and the place is maintained really well. its a tad bit expensive for my liking, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in the future if another special occasion comes along.

It’s a very nice place and people in it are welcoming and make sure to cut the hair exactly the way we wanted. Tracy is very good and knows all the styles.

A friend wanted to treat my daughter to a new haircolor and had I known it was going to be here I would have stopped her immediately. I had a bad experience at this salon many years ago and never went back.
Helena Curry, supposedly someone who has been doing hair a very long time, totally burned my daughters hair and did one of the worst color jobs I have ever seen. I managed a hair salon for years and do my own hair color and when I saw my daughters hair I knew instantly that Helena had done something wrong. She overbleached it and then put terrible color on in scattered patches. She did nothing my daughter wanted. Her hair is at least 4 different colors. And not in a good way. After one wash, with a high end color safe shampoo and deep conditioner, her hair is still like straw and the color that was put in totally washed out. The $ 100 price tag for this complete mess added insult to injury. I am hoping my friend goes back and askes for her money back, as I have suggested. IF YOU WANT GOOD COLOR, DO NOT GO HERE!!! The eyebrow threading lady is amazing. The lady who cut my hair seemed really angry at life and was not personable at all. She also did a terrible job on my hair. I would only go back to get my eyebrows done. The haircut was also way overpriced.

My friend referred me this salon. I got my haircut done and it look gorgeous. But it’s expensive. Nice staff.
Would love to go back again.

They open at 9am, and advertise walk ins are welcome. I arrived at 915am to find that no hair stylist was even there. The manager said it would be about 10 min. I did not get helped until 945. As a walk in, I did expect to have to wait a bit, but to not have any stylist there until 45 min after you open is absurd, they shouldn’t advertise walk ins are welcome. Next time I need a hair cut I will try a new place.

Its woow they have lot of hair styles to choose… This is the third time i have been here and tried three different styles till now and all of them where awesome. I like the way they take care of the customer and also listen to us patiently and do the hair style as we choose… Totally this saloon is awesome I Love it :) thank you

Stylist turned my already blonde hair, orange and they wer incredibly expensive. But instead I’ll focus this review on what really put me over the edge. The owner of this place (the man) is absolutely awful. After my hair had turned orange, I went back the next day as an emergency and had the sweetest lady fix my hair and make it look amazing. unfortunately I couldn’t remember her name.
About 6 months later, I called the salon back to ask the name of the lady who did my hair, the man answered and said he couldn’t find my file and hung up on me. rude.

This place is OVER PRICED. If you’re looking to leave with a nice haircut and feeling robbed, you’ve found your salon!
Who’d expect to pay $ 165 (NOT including tip) for a touch up color and a barely there trim at a salon off the grid in Fremont? Those are Santana Row prices! Honestly I don’t even know what they charge, they might even have a sliding scale if they see you’re a regular with one stylist. For this I have stopped recommending friends to go here — the prices they paid are embarrassing!
They don’t have Kerastase, She Umura or any other high-​end products. You can find most of their products at Target, Planet Beauty or Nordstrom Rack.
Nonetheless Justin Lorenz always does a really good job and always listens to what you want. Find out what days Justin is working and seek him out. Just make sure you find out the mood of the pricing gods that day.

I’ve been wanting to wave/​perm my hair for quite some time. after a disaster with the lady that usually does my hair (she fried it so i had to chop it all off), i decided to come here (after 7 months of waiting for my hair to grow back).
Honestly, this place was NOT my first choice, my first choice didnt have a spot open for me for today, so i decided to go here. and i’m reallly glad i did.
When i called in, the receptionist was really friendly and explained how long it would take and how the pricing was. it was a base of 120 and depending on length, went from there. I wanted a cut and a perm, so it would cost me 200 (my hair is long).
When i walked in, it was a little intimidating, being that i was the only customer and the group of stylists were just sitting around looking at me.
I ended up with Ann and i’m super grateful that i did. She was very nice and could hold a conversation. She listened to my story of the dreadful perm and i told her want i wanted.
It took a little over 3 hours to do everything. She was very attentive and made sure i was happy and okay with everything. She offered her suggestions and listened to my opinions. She took her time to make sure my hair was curled correctly and when she washed it out, she made sure the chemicals weren’t too overwhelming and she didn’t yank out the curlers like others did. basically, SHE TOOK HER TIME.
At first i thought my hair came out TOO curly, but she told me that in a few weeks, the hair will become looser and then look more wavy. She styled it perfectly and im more than satisfied.
I will definitely come here again!!!
