Boris has been my tutor for about 2 months now. I feel that his method of tutoring is quite different from other tutors because he goes into extreme depth in explaining mathematical concepts. Instead of just explaining«how» to do a problem, he also explains the«why» of the problem. He makes the math easy to grasp and«intuitive.» I have seen a great improvement in my understanding and this has reflected onto my test scores. Prior to Boris I had gotten a disappointing 60/100, even after the curve. Thankfully, on my last test I did very well and scored a 97⁄100. I am happy, my parents are proud, and when I told Boris, he just shrugged and it seemed he had seen this happen many times before. :P Anyway, I am very happy to recommend Boris and feel that he will help your children. I must say one thing though; A tutor is a tool and how useful a tool depends on how the students use it. During the sessions, try to get the kids to be actively interacting and talking with the tutor so that any weaknesses or holes in their knowledge can be revealed and worked on.
