Doug is by far the IT guy we’ve ever dealt with, no disrespect to anyone else! Doug is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to educate his customers so they can handle the simple problems on their own, and is available to come by for a house call. We have called Doug on a number of occasions with some serious issues and he has always been there within an hour or two, has given us a loaner computer on one occasion, and provided us with an awesome, permanent solution in a short period of time. Doug Moor is a genius! I was having some problems with my new Buffalo NAS drive I purchased from Frys electronics for my business. I’m no computer dumb dumb, but I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to log in through an outside network and the Buffalo tech support was absolutely useless. I called up R&D and Doug quickly gave me a few pointers over the phone to try an troubleshoot the issue. When that didn’t work, he made an appointment to drop by and check everything out.
When he arrived, Doug checked the NAS network, my firewalls, router, cable modem and computer thoroughly. The problem was sourced at my Comcast provided cable modem and he told me that I would need to swap it out with a different model in order for this to work. In addition, the NAS system I purchased turned out to be a complete waste of money.
A month later, I decided to give Doug a call back to set my business up with the right system. It wasn’t exactly as cheap as the Department store units… But I know for sure that he hooked me up with a screaming deal and he even set it up for us and everything. I now have easy access from my phone app to any file within my drive… From anywhere! My designers have a simple folder on their desktop at home or where ever they are, which they can save files to and automatically sync up to the shop server. No more uploads and downloads, it works just like a regular folder. And we have a ton of storage space which has multiple redundant copies… So if one drive ever fails, I can simply remove that one drive. Toss it… Stick in a new one and it automatically syncs with the other drives. No data is lost ever! And that is very important for my business.
Since then, Doug has set me up with a hard drives and ram for all my computers and a back up power supply, which can automatically send a signal to my computer in the event of a power failure to go through the appropriate shut down sequence… Minimizing any damage to my equipment and giving me enough time to save all my open files before it shuts down. Very cool! Plus I have also had Doug set me up with an Ethernet switch that gives us much faster transferring between computers in our network as well as the main server.
Needless to say, Doug is my go-​to network and computer solution guy from now on and handles everything for me. He is always pleasant and helpful, plus he is trustworthy which is a must have asset for someone who works on you business computer network.

Can’t say enough good things about Doug. We needed a new work station in our office. He built it for us in 1 day and it is the best computer we have now. His prices are fair and he really cares about his clients. He did work for a friend of ours that lost power to his office and he hosts peoples websites. Doug went over with a generator in the middle of the night to keep them up and running. Hands down the best customer service you can get!
