Nice ambiance, dr is very good, very professional and to the point, front reception booking is very lousy. I normally visit this place twice a year, and they over book patients and make us wait 1+hour every time as if patient time is not valuable.

Four appointments, no problems. Dr. Silkiss performed my surgery to my complete satisfaction. She is professional, personable and her office staff is friendly and efficient. Appointments were available at convenient times for me and the wait time in the office was never more that 10 – 15 minutes. I would recommend her without reservation.

Dr. Silkiss treated my five year old’s epiblepharon. The first surgery successfully turned out her eyelids and stopped the irritation. When the condition returned in about 4 months, our daughter underwent a second surgery. Dr. Silkiss had told us during the initial consultation that a small percentage of patients will experience a recurrence (because a child’s face changes). So while we were disappointed a second surgery was needed, we were not surprised.
Both times, we have been pleasantly surprised at how nice her eyes still look after surgery. Friends and family tell me they can’t tell our daughter’s even had surgery. And for someone as accomplished and skilled as Dr. Silkiss, she remains amazingly humble, caring and approachable. Before the second surgery, I was worried and sent Dr. Silkiss a long email. She called back promptly to answer my questions and let me know she’s on top of it. Dr. Silkiss also recommended that we combine the eyelid surgery with a different surgery that my daughter was having. She and her staff worked with the other doctor’s office and we were able to have the two surgeries back to back. This spared our daughter an extra round of anesthesia and we appreciate the extra efforts Dr. Silkiss made on her behalf.

Eye line was reverted back one month after surgery, so the surgery wasn’t successful. There was a lot of chatting during the surgery.

So far, so good.
I went in for a consultation regarding a mole I have on my eyelash line. The Fremont facility looks brand new. There is plenty of parking out front, cozy waiting room, clean restroom and friendly reception staff.
Dr. Silkiss was friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease about the procedure that needs to be done and I’m confident that she’ll do a great job!
