Starbucks

It is a typical Starbucks store. There are a few seats inside and a charging station for phones. A couple of tables outside as well. Can be busy in the afternoon when high school students rush in after school.

I ordered online while I’m in a long line. I remembered the person in front of me. I was like 10^th person in the line. Even I remembered who stood behind me. He even got his drink before me. so what good about ordering online?

Growing up here having coffee on weekend mornings and weekdays… the services have gone down drastically.
Of course there is a follow policy to do this job, and there is the other way to treat customers with respect!
In short, I’ve been having 20 days if misto-​coffee with my January-​special-​tumbler cup… and this lady insist it does not include a half coffee/​half steam milk only drip coffee and tea only. It is fine …
But if I’ve been getting steam milk for my 40 dollar cup of the month, please be nice to me instead of making a fool of me in front of the entire store as if I am the idiot that got tricked! I can get brew coffee for 1.95, why would I pay for a 40 dollar cup? If it don’t have steam milk???
Even if it don’t included, be nice and respectful to tell me instead of yelling it at the top of your voice as if to rally for Donald Trump to vote for your next election!

I am so underwhelmed by this place.
Complete coffee snob, but hey, only 1 flavor of drip coffee in the afternoons and no option for a decaf? Absolutely ridiculous.
Very small and intimate, if you’re into that type of coffee shop. For me, I need more space and I don’t particularly want to hear anyone else’s conversation. Probably not the place to do work either as it’s just too close together.
On the bright side, they do their cappuccinos and other drinks well.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, so I come to this location pretty frequently with Stephanie S. :)
Their service is always friendly and quick (so even if there’s a line, it goes fast!). It is a smaller Starbucks, but they have one communal table, four small tables, four sofa seats, and a few counter seats. It’s great for studying and getting work done if you can get a seat! They do have more than a handful of seats outside, which is nice when the weather is warmer.

I am from the faraway town of San Jose, and when I came to this Starbucks in Fremont, I wanted to test the quality of their drinks.
The peppermint mocha had grainy bits of chocolate on the bottom, showing that it had not fully dissolved into the mixture.
The chestnut praline (which the barista said was her favorite) turned out to be an unharmonious combination of nutty and ersatz praline.
The bagels were fine. I really only liked this place for the quiet atmosphere in the mornings. Many people communicate with sign language here. However, by mid-​morning, the chatting clientele come in, signaling to me that’s it’s time to leave.

I think that this Starbucks is by far the best, especially if you compare it to the Bernal location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even my order is made correctly! Their baked goods selection is great.
I love this place!

The drink was alright, though I was not given a single one of my requests. It seems as if they were unable to blend coffee and ice, like it was too much to ask for $ 5.15. Cashier was terse to the point of being rude– in fact she was rude. I’ll be back to Starbucks, just not this one.

Screw this place… Terrible customer service! Thanks for making my morning like crap on a stick. Go work somewhere else if you don’t like your job, it’s not the customers fault.

I Like give this one 0 but I can’t. Since the manager Johnny left this place has gone to hell. The fat guy that works here is very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He messed up on my coffee I asked to remake it and he just stood there looking at me for 10 minutes and never made my coffee. So I don’t go there anymore cause of him. My coworkers and friends say the same. We no longer go there.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, so I come to this location pretty frequently — especially if it’s to study. I really like how they have one big table (I love my space!). The staff here are always really friendly and pretty quick to deliver the drinks. I think a lot of people come here to study, so go early in the morning if you want a choice of seats! There’s not THAT much inside seating, but it’s a decent place to study/​do homework.
It’s conveniently located in a plaza with Lucky’s (meh) and Bagel Shop (woohoo!) so you could definitely stay here all day to study!

This Starbucks sits in a small strip mall near one of my favorite area in Fremont. Mission Blvd. it’s a blvd therefore it’s long and if you’re driving it you will whizz by big homes nestled next to a mountain where it looks like you can almost touch it.
It’s a different story when you’re walking this long stretch. It’s just waaay too long. This Starbucks is one of our many stops enroute to the Ferry Building in Jack London Square in Oakland from San Jose on foot. Yes on foot! Blame it on my bucket list. One of them is to walk from My house to Oakland. So yeah this is one of our stops. We were all thankful for this location.
By the way this Starbucks looked when we stopped by around 11 am or so I figured it serves a large community of people who are coffee lovers or dependent :) it was busy.
A few tables outside. Quite surprisingly it wasn’t very well put together outside. It was mostly chairs and tables randomly placed with only one umbrella? It could looked better outside. A few minutes was it all it needed to make the outside area more attractive. Just sayin…

I went here with my girlfriend about half an hour ago and ordered two frappé, the cashier sounded like he wasn’t paying attention to us either. We sat down after ordering and waited for our order to be done. Everyone that had come before us had had their names for their orders called but we didn’t. I walked over to the counter and saw our drinks were made but it had looked like they had been sitting there for a bit. We had waited 12 minutes after ordering only to get sloppy drinks? I don’t know if I offended anyone I mean I just walked in with my girl ordered and sat down, didn’t bug anyone else there, and we got crappy drinks. That’s not fair at all.

This has got to be by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.
I rarely ever leave reviews but my experience here was so nerve bothering that I had to do a review.
Came in and ordered a double chocolatey chip, the cashier seemed to not be friendly and seemed like he didn’t know what how to really do his job. But this was ok with me because I know people have to build up skills. Anyways, me and my guy ordered and we sat down patiently and we were waiting for a while for our drinks. I noticed a black woman come in and the black cashier seemed to give smiles and service to her right away.
We came to find out that they never called for us that our drinks were done and grabbed them over 10 minutes later and by then the drinks were nearly all watered down.
This is the worst Starbucks ive been to and it must be because of the lousy cashier we had. I don’t think I’m ever going to come back for another drink unless its a different employee.
What we should have done was wait even longer to see if they were going to call for us and have them remake our drinks!
I say drive the extra 5 – 10 minutes to another Starbucks location.

My first time visiting this location and grab coffee.
Décor and everything else is the same. What I’m more surprised is the service that the baristas provided. They were very friendly and really get to know their customers. There was a drink that I never had and asked them to tell me what’s in it. I don’t remember her name but she took the time to really explain it to me without rushing me. Good thing there wasn’t a line. Haha!
Overall, I had a good impressing of this store location and will definitely come back again.

The majority of the staff currently (2015) is suuuuper friendly! They’re also quick to take fulfill orders.
After a few poor experiences here, I really think that this Starbucks has stepped it up, becoming one of my current favorite café to visit.
Devin, their supervisor is also really nice and I often see him helping out his staff when they are busy with other things.
Will continue to vist! (:

Talk about awesome service with a great attitude!!! Had a bad day and as soon as I walked in Ian just turned my day around with his positive attitude. He is very energetic and funny so far the best Starbucks service. Every customer he encountered he provided great service not to mention is was the only one working! I’ll def be coming back to this Starbucks love it’s location as well in mission valley shopping center!

Baristas hook it up with free pastries around closing time :)))

I work right next door to this Starbucks so I’m literally here everyday. From the manager to the baristas, I’m always greeted with genuine smiles and amazing service.
This is the only location where I’ve never gotten my drink wrong, where I’m recommended new drinks to try based on my previous preferences, and I’ve grown to know a lot of the baristas there by name.
So definitely a 5 star rating. The outside and inside areas are always well kept and I rarely see any liter or excess garbage on the countertops.
Definitely the place to study, catch up, and get your daily dose of caffeine.

They get a lot of business all day long & they handle it well!
Still love my Peet’s & Mission Coffee, but man I sure luv it that they are close and get large orders correct!
