Feels strange writing a review for a large chain but this location has their online pick-​up service on point.
Ordered online for pickup several, during lunch rush (12−1pm) and is always on time with the food. You get to skip the long line and go straight to register, say you’re here for online pickup order. If you paid online, you’re ready to go. So fast, in and out in less than 5 mins.

Awful customer service! I ordered a Foot long sandwich and the person making the sandwich got angry at me because I asked if he could spread the avocado instead of 4 huge chunks thrown on the bread (which he was finding it hard to cut as well-​he told me its called guacamole and not avocado! Not ordering this sandwich for the first time-​always call it avocado — they always spread it on the bread!!!)! My order was super simple and the attitude that I got for it was uncalled for. Never coming back to this subway again! There are manyyyy other subways around Fremont with very friendly staff who are happy to spread avocado on the bread (like it should be done) with no attitude!!!

One subway I would recommend to avoid. Arrogant people all over. They don’t want to listen, if we try to correct them while taking orders, they won’t like it. And you can feel that displeasure until you leave that place! Just tried there once, never went there again!

Order a sub on a sourdough at around lunch time and the bread was stale! It was so bad that I could only eat a few bites and had to throw the rest.

This is by far the best Subway location on the Bay Area. They keep the produce, bread and meat fresh and the restaurant very clean. I’ve been to other Subways where the produce is browning and wilting and just looks disgusting. This location is very well managed and the employees are extremely polite.

I came here a while ago for a sandwich and when I walked in, there were no customers. It’s probably because I arrived pretty late in the day. The employee who made my sandwich was also my cashier. She was very friendly and everything seemed fresh. When I got home and ate the sandwich, my bread was hard and crusty (not in a good way). I was somewhat disappointed but overall, the ingredients in between the bread was fresh.

I do not Unilocal a lot and definitely not on a Subway location. However, this subway is probably the best location I’ve ever been to… Make not that my husband and I eat at subway a lot, even if we are on vacation in different cities or states.
Restaurant is clean. Veggies, meats, cheese, etc. seem fresher than most locations. But the one thing that stands out by far is the service!!! Liz is very sweet, accommodating, and cares about her customers. Thanks Liz!

The last time I visited this Subway, it didn’t have 4.5 stars on Unilocal but moving on.
On a Monday afternoon, 1 PM (okay, today), there were two customers ahead of me. I ordered my sandwich and was out in about 3 minutes! I was in a rush so I thought this was AWESOME.

I have been to lots of subways and this is the ONLY one I will go to in the whole fremont/​newark area! That is saying a lot since there is one on like every corner in fremont. I go here all the time after work. The owner is super friendly. Most of the time «Liz» is makes my sandwich and she is awesome!

Recent Update– The girl that made my sandwich was great. Not stingy on the olives or other toppings. The veggie patty had to pay extra dollar as its no longer included in the 5 dollar footlong price. All good cause my sandwich was made to my liking!

First rate sandwich shop! ALWAYS get good service, fast and efficient, The folks are very generous with the veggies. Tried the flatbread today for the first time: YUM! This store is my «go to» spot for fresh sandwiches. The store is very clean, staff is very friendly. Good location too, next to a starbux. A coffee and a sandwich is my One-​two punch!

* Flexibility (this location offers breakfast sandwiches all day unlike many others)
* Flatbread (much better than regular)
* Fast (unless you hit the rush)
* Nextdoor to Starbuck’s for coffee (yes they do serve coffee @ Subway too but it does not compare to Bux, plus they do not hv «Sugar In The Raw» aka the brown packets)
* Parking
* Proximity to freeway
* Typically clean tables and bathroom
* Spinach (hate shredded lettuce, I mean, do you shred the lettuce at home when you mk a sammich?)
Cons:
* Not the same as some mom n pops (e.g. Ike’s)
* Slower service at rush hour

Okay, I’ve never been a fan of subway. Too me it just tasted too bland. I prefer Togos over Subway any day. But…
now that they have the flat bread my whole look on Subway has changed. BIG BIG FAN of the flat bread. That is the only reason why I keep coming back for more.
Word of advise for anyone who is reading this. The next time you decide to grab Subway, choose the flat bread. Make sure they warm it up and instead of lettuce choose spinach. It is delicious! I promise you.
My GO TO for Subway: 6 inch flat bread with turkey with pepper jack. Toasted Please :) Add spinach, onions, tomatoes, olives, and EXTRA jalapenos (i like it spicy) and a little bit of honey mustard sauce. TADAAA!
BTW, the cookies are yummy too! Try one!

ok, so i had to change my review. Im guessing that they went under new management because the customer service got better. I love coming here for breakfast! and they have strong coffee :) the location is kinda hidden so it doesnt get very busy which is a plus if your looking to run in and out.

I’ve been patiently awaiting for this location to open as I’ve observed them build the shop as I usually park in front of their store during my daily Starbucks ritual next door. But of course, now that I no longer work in the area, is when they finally open, grr!
Pretty standard offerings with any Subway, they’ll also accept your Subway rewards card if you have one. I highly suggest signing up for one as you rack up points quick! The store has quite a few tables inside but it’d be cool if they had some tables outside, but I guess you can just use one of the table in front of Starbucks… shh! :)
Hopefully this location thrives, as the next closest Subway on Mowry & Cedar sucks so bad. Not to mention, wasn’t this location a Quiznos before?
