Staff is fairly nice and makes sandwiches quickly.
What killed it for me is the skimping of ingredients and the lies about not being able to take certain Subway Freshbuzz offers.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted.
I ordered a 6 inch Tuna sandwich and it was promptly made with fresh ingredients.
The tomato was tasty, the lettuce was crispy and the tuna tasted okay.
The bread was fresh too.
Décor: standard and clean.
Customer service: fine.
Parking: very tight.

They skimp on condiments at this subway! Why pay extra for avocado if it’s not even gonna be that much?! I have been here 3 times and I’m done. I saw them skimp on other peoples sandwiches as well! This is unacceptable. The manager and employees here are very unfriendly as well. They are also super slow at making sandwiches! Go to ANY other subway but this one.

I love coming here the staff is actually very nice ! Unlike the one on Thornton the women there are horribly rude I recommend this subway if your in Fremont.

The employees at this Subway are incredibly slow and skimpy. Go to the one at the Hub instead — the service is much friendlier, faster and more generous there.

Rude bastards! If I wasn’t civilized I’d spit in the woman’s face who «prepared» my meal.
I will def never come back. I was rushed with the preparation of my sandwich (even though I was the only one in line and the only other person in there was the cashier). But not only was I rushed, every time I told her what I wanted she would start picking at other condiments. PAY EFFING ATTENTION! Not only THAT! She seemed as if it was a problem that I was purchasing something. Like she was mad I was there. Umm., excuse me honey, but I’m one of the people who pay your rent so act like you have some decency and at least fake it until I’m gone. Don’t be rude B**TCH but the only thing we need to do together is make sure you make sandwich the right damn way! How hard is it to prepare a sandwich!!! It’s not rocket science nor am I asking you to solve the square of something just make my damn sandwich with a LOT LESS attitude.

Terrible, terrible Subway. The service is SO SLOW… and during the lunch hour when they have a line? Unacceptable! The employees seem completely distracted when taking your order and assembling sandwiches. They messed up my sandwich on multiple occasions. Not professional. Bottom line: Go elsewhere.
FYI, it looks like this location and the Argonaut location in the Fremont Hub both have the same owners. I recognized one of the employees as having worked in both locations. I didn’t have the customer service problem there on that occasion, but we shall see…

Wow, this place.
My girlfriend came in alone to get a meatball sub in a 6″, and the older Middle Eastern guy started hitting on her the entire damn time, making her very uncomfrtable. And I qoute:
«You look like you could take a footlong.»
«I’ll give you a footlong, no charge, because you’re so pretty.»
There was more said, but I forgot what else she told me. Creeeepy!

I go here pretty frequently and this so far is one of the best Subway’s around Fremont/Newark.
All of the staff members remember me and always ask me how I’m doing and such. =) The manager [I think] is very sweet but sometimes his «flirts» get a little annoying. I’m 18 and he seems to be in his late 40’s. =/but as I said he is just trying to be nice.
They never screw up my order, never run out of a certain bread or cheese and always seem to be very fresh. =) [other than the cookies lol]
I would suggest going to this Subway location for better quality and service than the other ones in the area.

Eh, I hate to even review a fast food sort of establishment but I’ll make an exception for this place.
After going to the gym, I get pretty damn hungry. So you really can’t beat the $ 5 foot long subs, and can’t go wrong the Sweet Onion Teriyaki toasted sub with extra sauce. Mmmmm
But, I really wish the manager/owner guy would stop asking me if I want a drink and/or cookies/chips 320 983 208 310 times before he rings me up. Just ask me once and if i say, «no.» No means no damnit! Geez, it’s like I have to barter before he rings me up. I swear, straight out of a Russell Peters’ routine.
Imagine this but him trying to sell me cookies/drinks 23 972 938 times.

I go to Subway all the time and all over the place. They’re not all the same so my rating is comparative to other Subways, not other restaurants.
I’ve been here 1 time.
Food quality here was average for Subway. Service was fast and friendly. Clean restaurant. Nothing special. I will probably go again when I need lunch and I’m in that area.
It’s on a busy corner — you have to enter the parking lot from the side.
