Here I am, over 3 months out from bilateral mastectomy surgery. I cannot rave about Dr. Dugoni enough. He did a fantastic job. Everyone medical staff at Washington Hospital had told me they can tell the difference between someone he worked on vs other surgeons. His bedside manner is as usual, very good. If I ever need surgery again, he’s the man!

Dr. Dugoni is very nice, caring and talk like your family member. He walked me to the reception after the visit, and make sure the front office get contact with his referred doctors for me.
I went there two times and talked several times over the phone with the front office ladies.
They are very friendly and greet me with tea/coffee.

Dr. Dugoni is a wonderful person and an excellent surgeon. He is very kind, gentle and caring. I’ve been his patient for seven years and wouldn’t even think of seeing anyone else.

I have to 100% agree with the other Unilocal.Dr. Dugoni is a good doctor/surgeon but his skills don’t match the unprofessional attitude and work ethic of the front office. Awful doesn’t even describe them! My mom was in ER, then admitted at Washington Hospital and I called and left a note for the doctor to come see her, which he never received. WTF? He said he treats his patients like family, but his staff does the opposite… they treat patients like shit! We are going on Day 2 and Dr. Dugoni has still not come to see my mom at the hospital. So frustrating!!!
