For disorganized front desk, I would give them 5 stars! For arrogance and disrespect patients I would rate them 9! For service they would be getting nothing! I have no choice to pick one star, otherwise, I would not be able to enter my comments!
They front desk put a list for patients to sign in… That signing list was just for display! 3 times that I took my boy for light therapy, they forgot to print a patient report and call my son in… Their excuse were «we were very busy» and «…the misses were not from the same person…» I am posting this review to let people know the staff need to go through an extensive training on CS and the office manager… well… May be it is time to look for one!
