Love this supermarket! This is all kosher product supermarket.
There have good prices, the employees are nice and welcome, very friendly people own this place.
I think it’s you guys need to stop by and try this place.

A local specialty food supermarket fairly close to where I live, nothing really special about this place as the prices are about average and the quality of the selection is fairly average.
But this place definitely does the job if you’re in the hankering for some specialty kosher foods. With a variety of foods associated with jewish culture, they had it all from a variety of hummus, smoked salmon, smoked whitefish salad, pickled herring, crème herring, pickles etc you get the idea.
otherwise if you’re looking for anything else look elsewhere, fresh produce, wasn’t all that fresh and the other items they had here is pretty much negligible. Come here for the specialty foods and there won’t be any issues

This glatt supermarket is a bit small and cramped. It has an interesting mix of basic staples as well as Middle Eastern and Eastern European specialities. The prices are fair. Despite being so small, there are three cash registers, so you will not have to wait long.

The store is nice. I can find there almost all I need, but still the variety of products is low. prices are high. I go there mostly to buy fruits and vegetables and I pay 40 dollars, and it’s a lot.
P. S. I love the Hebrew music in the store.

Yes they renovated So what? Still a bunch of low life’s running the place. Be careful in there. This has happened to me a few times; one price on the shelf, another charged at the register! Also watch carefully at the register, you will get charged for the item and when you get home the item isn’t in the bag. And they are unbelievably RUDE. If you go a few blocks down to Utopia they are so much nicer

Love the new updated store. Huge selections of fruits, salads and other items. Very glad that I found this place.

I love this place. I used to come here when someone else owned it. Then it closed down and reopened in its current version. I disagree with the negative reviews.
I only eat kosher food and in most places it is over priced especially the meat, so I am always on the lookout for kosher places that don’t rip you off. Kosher meat in Keyfood or Waldbaums if you can find it, is usually priced ridiculously high. And if you go to a kosher butcher for meat it’s also very expensive.
This place is clean and well lit. You would think it was a pharmacy or a library the way it’s so clean and organized.
They have great prices. For instance the 17 ounce Sabra hummus is only $ 4.49 versus the Key Food in Winsor park where the small one is $ 4.99. And the prices on packaged lox were $ 10.99 for a 16 ounce package versus $ 22.99 at my local key food. I thought it was a mistake but they told me they charge low prices ob the lox to draw people in. It worked! I bought 3 packages and it was good.
They have very good prices on kosher meats. I bought a large pack of chicken cutlets for $ 4.99 a pound and sandwich steaks for the same price. I like this place. It is very clean and well lit. They have excellent prices and really nice fruit also.
Even if I was not a glatt koshernick, I would still come here. The staff is friendly to me. I met the owner and told him how much I like the place. He went to the fruit section and gave me 2 navel oranges as a gift. That never happens at a corporate supermarket.

It’s nice having a grocery store within walking distance of my home, but it’s very expensive with a small selection in a small space with cramped aisles and unfriendly staff.
And when I say «small selection» I don’t mean «I want bacon! I want ham!» No. I mean «why don’t you have a small bag of frozen spinach? Why do you only have a GIANT bag of frozen spinach for like $ 8?» Also, why is a bag of frozen spinach $ 8? Is it on steroids? Will it give me magical Popeye powers? I’m pretty sure it won’t.
I wanted to buy a bag of flour, but it looked like something might’ve gnawed its way into a bunch of the bags. Gross!

1) The staff here sucks. They always give me attitude when I used to go and they are disrespectful and stubborn, EVEN the owner.
2) I bought cheese from here, and the OWNER rang me up. I came back 20 seconds later because it had MOLD inside of it. I told him to keep the receipt but when I came back he checked the date and saw it was not expired yet. He refused to return my item that he just sold me, despite that it had MOLD inside and HE rang me up.
3) I saw a little mouse here and I jumped and yelled. One staff memeber knew why he said dont worry all the food is clean… When I told the owner he denied it…

Disgusting establishment… Violets BAKERY down the block sells the same brand (Sabra) Chummus and Babaganoush for much cheaper.
2 for $ 4 for the big sizes. A to Z sells the small ones for 4 dollars each.
HOW IS A BAKERY SELLING SPREADS %50 PERCENT CHEAPER THAN A SUPERMARKET???

I buy my Israeli-​made products, and some produce here. The prices are reasonable.
Parking can be tough but is usually available around the corner.

I came here with my 5 year old to pick up bread after the bank. Great fresh selection of food. But why oh why was the cashier (a man in his 20s of Indian looking descent, interesting.) giving us the nastiest glare? Leaving me to chit chat to myself like a fool. I thought, maybe he’s deaf? But the lady right behind us got the warmest greeting of the century! No thank you. No come back again soon. I wouldve gone back for their awesome selection of hummus. Dude, it’s 2009. An Asian should be able to to go into a kosher supermarket and vice versa without the 90s Do the Right Thing mentality! Drop that and they have a lovely little store.
