I waited just over half an hour in Astoria, Queens for help to arrive. The contractor was quick and efficient. He did an in-​depth check to verify that I lived in the apartment before he went to work, and within minutes I was back inside. An excellent experience. Should I be unfortunate enough to lock myself out of my apartment, again, I know who to call.

Locksmith came over very promptly and replaced my faulty lock in 10 minutes. Sammy the locksmith was quick, knowledgable and courteous. No complaints at all.

Good company. Called them in Tuesday to update my front door lock, they were available that day but I took a Thursday appointment instead. The locksmith called to tell me he was on his way. He was on time, efficient and cleaned up after himself. The price was just slightly more than what was quoted over the phone. But overall they did a good job.

Bad gate repair job. Broke again less then 2 months. Do not trust their warranty. 2 days late for job repair, did not show on first day. definitely not responsible. Call at you own risk. i had to pay someone else to fix it again.
