I like this place because it’s near my home and it’s easy to get to. The one thing I don’t like is when I get there and the Greyhound just gets in because the crowd usually tears up the store. That’s why you see several people comment on how messy the store is. Despite that the cashiers are generally friendly. Kudos!

It is what it is. Just like every other 7 – 11 in America, has what you’d expect. Convenient, 24hr, with friendly staff. Longer lines at lunch hour during week.

I really like this store. I’ve come in here countless times and never have i had a bad service. They always are friendly and ask if i need help. Every Time i use the restroom they don’t say I can’t because i need to buy something first. Store is always clean and even when loud rowdy homeless people come in, they’re polite and friendly. Quick service and nice.

I’m not a 7-Eleven fan, and to be honest I was a little surprised to see a venue with 5 star ratings. Service was a little rude, and store was very dirty. I went looking for prepaid SIM cards, the lady at the counter said they did not have that, which was not true. If you only need to buy a few items and it’s on the way will be an ok choice, otherwise maybe pick another venue.

Crazy people I here but the staff does a great job and keeping composure! Inexpensive and very convenient since its right across the parking lot from Amtrak. Stopped here many times and I always leave with great snacks, and a laugh because of the homeless crazies!

It’s nice to have something convenient near the courthouses(after losing Fresh & Easy). They make lots of coffee in the morning, so it’s always ready to go. There’s a good selection of hot and cold food(with healthy options, which is important to me). I often pick up a sandwich for breakfast or lunch there. The staff has always been nice and will typically greet me when I come in with a smile. There is an ATM machine and lotto. It’s right across the street from the train station, so really convenient for travelers. The only downside(which isn’t their fault), there are a lot of homeless people in that area. Most of them keep to themselves or may ask for spare change, but on occasion you’ll get the drug-addled one who will scream at you and get a bit threatening. Typically if you ignore them, they’ll find something else to yell at.

Surprisingly nice for the location! When you step inside you momentarily forget you are in the seediest part of town.

If you know me at all, then you know this store is my local watering hole. im always at the one around the corner from my apartment, but now that i work downtown, this one is so nice, especially for the area, it reminds me of a shop in NY or some big city like that. the staff is very nice, the store its self is very clean, and organized. its all up to date unlike other stores. and the best part is its right around the corner from my office!

Thankfully, more businesses are beginning to come back to downtown Fresno! This store is brand new and clean. The selections are typical of well stocked 7-Eleven stores: hot food, snacks and other sundries, drinks, household items and the like. The staff is friendly and polite. There’s also an ATM here. One of the best aspects of this store is its proximity to the Amtrak station, courthouse and public bus routes, which make it easy to stop in for refreshments. Plus, there’s ample public parking along the side of the building. Kudos for the revitalization of downtown Fresno!
