Carter’s Babies & Kids

My daughter has always worn Carter’s brand since she was born. It’s the only thing I buy for her. She is almost 1 year old and already in 18M pushing 24M. I find that the Carter’s brand runs bigger and fits her for longer. I think this store has a good selection of what is offered online and has several sizes available. I will say though, the boy selection seems to be MUCH smaller and if I had a boy, I could see myself being disappointed. The girl selection takes up a majority of the store, specifically, the N-​24M section. The N-​24 month selection for boys is noticeably smaller. But I’m not complaining because there is no boy here :)
I think they are very fairly priced and love the 20% $ 40 or more (way too easy to do) or the 15% off the entire purchase if less than $ 40 along with all the deals in store.
I will say as a side note, I have found some excellent associates that are helpful, and then those that are not helpful and appear to not know company policy. For example, I will bring in something to return with tags attached and the original receipt. I have always been able to exchange for something (not even the same item because sometimes they don’t have it in a different size) that was the same price to begin with prior to my discounts and get it for the same price as I paid from the item I was returning. an even exchange. This last time, the girl told me (for the first time ever in 1 year) that the only way I can get an item for the same price (with the discount) I originally paid even though it is the same price as before, is to get the exact same item. She told me the coupon I used before is not valid on an exchange of a different item. Never had that issue before and will steer clear of that associate as she is the only one I have had issues with.

Carter’s is like my favorite store, and I don’t even have a kid! I love shopping for all the babies/​kids in my family. Carter’s is always having some kind of sale going on, which makes each trip a little more worth it.
Their door-​busters are always a steal! They range typically from $ 5-​$ 10. I mean you can find $ 5 onesie’s, $ 7 pants/​shirts, and $ 10 pj sets. The regular priced clothes are almost always 40 – 60 percent off the ticketed price as well.
Above all, Carter’s is selling quality (and super cute) clothing for a more than reasonable price. The ladies that work there are pretty nice as well. Join their email list & get coupons sent right to you.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here! The only problem I’ve ran into is my wife taking too long looking at all the clothes they have. We’ve interacted with the staff here on many occasions and they’ve gone above and beyond their job titles to help us out. Nice and friendly! That’s why we keep coming here!

I love this store but their staff no so much. I been shopping there for the past 10 month. I go there about 2 to 3 times a months a bit much but my baby looks adorable. Because of the staff I may stop and just shop online. They are all so rude and unhappy. The managers are the worst of them all. While shopping on the clearance rack outside one of the managers moved it inside. Did not say excuse me or I am sorry she just completely ignored me and moved it. Why the attitude. It’s a baby store. They never smile at you. Why why why be so mean.
