When I ordered the girl taking my order was laughing and talking while I was placing my order. I mean maybe something was really funny but I found it really rude. I ordered the 12pc 3 course meal with legs and thighs I got about 3 thighs and the rest legs. The beans are delicious and the rice is good. The churros are disgusting and stale and the enchiladas if you call them that were salty and sauce tasted weird. Go if your just getting rice and beans but hold off on the rest.

For a restaurant such as pollo loco it is a specialty fast food how is it this restaurant manages to not have chicken cook and the estimated wait time is 40 minutes or you run out of chicken? I will no longer be spending my money at this establishment.
