They don’t keep any record of your purchase. So, if you have warranty issues you’re on your own. My $ 700 Thermador insert went out in less than a year. Looks like I’m stuck buying another $ 700 insert. Thanks for nothing Fresno Distributing. Next time I’ll just buy it on line.

One of the guys knew all about the old style sinks and they had many different styles in stock. I was so thankful someone actually sold these! I wanna on my way in less than 30 min

My wife walked around for 15 – 20 minutes waiting for assistance but was ignored the entire time. They were aware of her presence but no one said a word. She was ready to buy over 1k in bathroom fixtures, they lost a sale and a customer. I’ve had similar experiences there in the past.

I had a good experience at Fresno«D». I was in the market to get new appliances for a kitchen remodel for my house and found my way here. I needed a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator. Rick, the salesman that helped me, was very informative and guided me towards the Kitchenaid brand. Delivery was prompt and my kitchen looks great! Would do business again here in the future.

We used the authorized service agent«Bauman’s Appliance & A/C» that Fresno Distributing recommended. Please see attached photos. Our dish drawer had a leak and need a new heating element. It now has this, a new controller, was installed incorrectly(the top drawer is on bottom and bottom on top); no longer closes correctly, it sounds like metal on metal when opening it and the bottom drawer when opened does not feel like it is even on the tracks as it shakes. There are multiple scratches and paint missing and it was left dirty. He also cracked the shell of the top drawer of the washer… Not to mention that this company told us not to even plug it in and use it for 24 hours after they said it was repaired. For the amount of money spent on this dishwasher I would expect the same level of service agent. I am now finding out per the Better Business Bureau they have a D– rating out of A-F. I would like to know why this company would recommend Bauman’s appliance? Due to the use of this company I could have bought a new dishwasher in what I have/will spent in repairs and yet may go on to have to buy a new dishwasher other than Fisher & Paykel if this is the level of what I can expect and I as I do not feel this is safe to use if I «cannot plug it in» per the agents request. I am very disappointed in the level of customer support,

I’m a little torn, first, I called the day before, on hold, transferred, on hold, 3 – 4 minutes, back to the operator, then to the right department finally. Bad start. Then I talk to someone who seems to care less whether they can help me or not, I have to ask all the questions rather than receive suggestions, but it turns out they do have the item I need, great, and it’s cheap. Next day I drive over, go in the store, into the back, no one acknowledges me, finally someone asks if I need something, I tell him the item, he goes to search, comes back, says, nope, not in stock. I tell him I called the night before and it was here, so he goes to look again. Enter employee 2, the one I spoke with the night before, I think, and they come up with a similar item that will work, still cheap, but not exactly the same. I decide I should get a few other small electrical odds and ends, J box, connectors etc, guy goes to find them all one at a time(not sure why the little stuff isn’t just in some bins to save everyone some time). Finally got all the parts, the receipt is written up by hand, then the card is taken to be swiped in the other room(not the most secure method these days), and I’m on my way with no offer for help with my stuff and no carts or anything around to help me out. Install the item, it works, but appears to not work properly, going to have to uninstall and take it back and try another, if they happen to have another in stock anyhow. So, not a great first impression other than the price and the harder to find items.

fresno distributing, aka fresno d, has always been a little odd to me. i liked the idea of supporting local businesses, but as a distributor type store i found it a bit off putting as a customer. the show room seems like an afterthought, and if i want to get a new faucet or whatever, i probably would hit up the easy display and multiple options of lowes. around the fourth of july, we had an issue with our shower. the divertor, which allows the change from bath to shower to happen, wasn’t working properly. we also had a long-time leak on our cold water handle, but that was a nagging concern and had their not been a problem with the divertor i would have let it keep dripping. my go — to spot for home repairs is fresno ag, so i headed over there. they had the right parts to fix my problems, and things were reasonably priced. while we were there, we inquired about other handles for our price pfister, 1970’s looking set up. unfortunately, for the set up we had there were only a few, equally ugly options. on our way home, we decided to pop in at fresno d, and see if they had other options. we spoke with one of the parts guys, discussed what we had, and he let us know a few options. eventually, we realized that we could switch out the stems behind the handles, and found these real sweet, sleek brushed nickel handles. we placed an order and started waiting. now, it’s a little scary that their paperwork says that orders can take up to three months to come in, but they told us that it should be in three or four weeks. after just about a month, our new handles and parts were in. today, i drove over to pick up the parts. the original guy we worked in wasn’t in(i think he was on lunch break) but that wasn’t a big deal because we were just picking up a unit. i got my box, and headed out. this is where things went wonky. i looked at what i had, and it was only a two handle set up, according to the box. i popped the box open, and while they were the right two handles, we were missing the third. i went back in, and waited to be helped. after a minute or so, i was able to explain my issue to someone, and he began to investigate. he looked up the faucets and what not in their books, and what we wanted(finish wise) didn’t come in a three handle. was i going to be stuck with two sweet handles, and one ugly one? the guy i worked with, whose name i sadly didn’t catch, was amazing. essentially, he found all the appropriate pieces from other sets or packages. all of the parts. and, even more cool, they did it for free. i was figuring that i would have to shell out for the additional stuff. i wouldn’t have been stoked about that, but i would have had my parts. nope, they said that because there was a miscommunication they were going to give me the parts i needed since i’d already bought the other parts. freaking awesome. thanks a ton, fresno d. you may not have all the things that lowes, home depot or even fresno ag have, but you do your thing well. and, your customer service is awesome — seriously, i was able to watch several customers treated very well, and the employees go out of their way to figure out people’s needs/problems and do their best to help. great work.

I went to Fresno D yesterday, the last time I was there about 2 years ago their service was bad, but yesterday was really bad. The employees don’t care about their customers. I stood there for 20 minutes before they even said they would help me, I then waited another 5 minutes. The sad thing is my Dad knows Ronnie and went there for years. I will never cross ther threshold again and will tell any and everybody don’t use them. A longtime Fresno company with crapy service. DON’T GOTHERE!!!
