I would give the salon a 0 if I could went got hair bleached to turn out org they made me still pay with slight discount was there from 3 in afternoon and left at 1030 at night with dripping wet hair that was org and ugly the mgr. Never called me had a associate call then the girl that conditioned it cut it did a bad cut chopped the hell out of it all for me to have to go else where and 180 dollars layer I had to have it fixed and had to cut lik 5 inches off to fix. jc penny wasn’t even concerned mgr should of been the one to follow up! I’ve had mixed experiences from this location. The staff is always nice and helpful, they always let you know when a sale is coming up. Answer all your questions and concerns. My problem is with the furniture«extended warranty» that you have to purchase. Our sectionals springs broke in less than two years and they wouldn’t cover a dime of it. On another incident we stained a coffee table and they replaced it. Recently we ordered some rugs and are still waiting for them to arrive, backordered but we are already paying interest on the purchase. «OK» 3 stars for this place.

We have bought a lot of things for our home from this place, living room furniture, bedroom sets, window coverings. This time a new mattress, free delivery. the price was fare. we will go back. Just a heads up they are remodeling so there inventory is bare bone.

DONOTTRUSTORDERINGFROMJCPENNYHOMESTORE!!! THEYDONOTCAREABOUTTHEIRCUSTOMERS! I ordered mattresses and a frame. Funiture Specialist Max was awesome, he knows his mattresses. However, the delivery process was a nightmare! JC Penny Home store does not«deliver on the date promised». They attempted to deliver an incomplete order. Yes, they couldn’t manage to get my stuff on the truck, c’mon it was 3 items(mattress, box spring and frame). The delivery driver contacted JCPenny Home Store Service Rep who then had to reschedule delivery for over a week as they had to reorder the items again from the manufacturer and attempted to inconvenience me once again! On the second attempt of delivery I was then contacted routinely the day before and notified of time frame of delivery. However, on the day of delivery, time came and passed and nothing. I contacted the delivery service who informed me that they had contacted JCPenny Home Store regarding the incomplete order and they were instructed not to deliver! Yes, once again, someone couldn’t get my THREE items on the truck! No one called to notify me! I contacted the store, spoke with an associate who referred me to the Customer Service number 800−442−7902. He stated it was the same number to call regarding any concerns regarding merchandise. I called Cust.Serv. and was on hold for 23 mins before being helped, the lady attempted to blame the delivery service for the error. I cancelled the order, but it’s not that easy. No cancellation confirmation number provided, cancellation takes up to 2 weeks for reimbursement and there is no notification via mail, email etc. The lady told me to call back tomorrow to check on the cancellation. In calling the following day, the Cust. Serv. Rep informed me that the previous worker did send an EMAIL to their supervisor who waits until the wharehouse receives the incomplete order and then they cancel to the order and pursue to place a refund. Lack of incompetency from their wharehouse, wasted my time and energy!

I’m torn here. My last visit would rate 1 star, but I have been at other times and would definitely say 3 stars. This store has huge possibilities. It could be better than Bed/Bath/Beyond just because it’s JC Penney with more depth, but it lacks in service and it lacks in décor. I have bought bedding here and been pleased. I stopped in the other day to look at bath and kitchen supplies and was horrified. For one thing, stock was minimal(could be because it’s close to inventory) and service was non existent. I walked the store twice and only had one sales person even acknowledge me. No one asked if I was finding what I wanted. I wanted a cook pan lid, a garbage can, and a bathroom basket. Never found any and left. I am a customer service junkie. Give me good service and I will probably buy something and I will return and I will tell people about the great service. Give me poor service and I wonder if I should come back. JC Penney Home Store, I know you have it in you to be great; now step up and do so.
