Customer service is not their strong suit. Unfortunately neither is their chicken. It was not bad. .. But it was not good either. The extra crispy was soggy.

Was gonna eat here until I seen gang members with bats out front. They were waiting for another gang to gang fight — not only that the KCF employees where allowing the gang members with bats inside the store! What the hell!!! But I understand there’s only so much you can do– call the cops at least though… I’m hungry darn it!!!

Sometime in mid September around noon…
I will never go to a KFC ever again in my life…
I shouldn’t be eating here anyway…
No one knew anything about their products… no pricing, sizing nothing…
They had 2 liter sodas listed at $ 2.49 which is a good price for that type of food business, but when asked the only thing they knew, it’s wasnt a 2 litter but 1.5 and it was the correct price but wrong item?

They had to have me pull up and wait for them to find those basic things out…
I ended up just getting chicken like I would at KFC…
