Massage Envy Spa

Was hoping for a 5 star experience but it was a 3 at best. I received gift cards to here for Christmas. I got a facial and massage. I was really nervous about the facial because my skin is so sensitive. The technician assured me I would be fine and the facial she would do would be for sensitive skin. I should have listen to my gut because I broke out terribly the next day!

Best massage envy in the valley! Great location with friendly, professional staff. Couldn’t be happier with them.

I have been a member of massage envy for eight years or so. I have moved a lot during that time, and have gotten monthly massages at massage envy in Wilmington North Carolina, Austin Texas, Walnut Creek California, Clovis California, and Fresno’s Fig Garden. In the last 2 weeks, I have booked massages twice for my wife. Both times the therapist did not show up. First, Alexis did not show up, did not notify anybody, my wife walked into the spa, waited for 10 minutes, asked the girls at the counter if Alexis was running late, and only then was told that Alexis was not there that day. Today, my wife got a call two hours before the massage that Laura would not show up. We had gotten a babysitter and planned our entire evening around her getting a massage, and then our having dinner afterwards. In my eight years with Massage Envy, I have never experienced a no-​show on the same day, the only times there was ever a no-​show it was communicated well in advance. To have our plans wrecked with two no-​shows in one week is truly unacceptable. At no time did anybody at the desk make any real apology, show any understanding of the inconvenience, or offer to make it right for us in anyway.
The reason I am giving a two star rating is that Iris is a fantastic massage therapist, one of the best I have had at Massage Envy, and has always kept her appointments with me. So I have been very satisfied. But my wife has not been so lucky.

I’ve been to other massage places but I have to say I just received the BEST massage in years! I’ve been having a lot of stress lately and I tend to carry my stress on my upper back, shoulders and neck. Sam, who was my massage therapist, did an AMAZING job! The way she incorporated everything between using her hands, arms and the pressure. It was perfect in every way! I felt like I was in heaven! I will definitely be coming back here soon. Thank you also to Bri, the receptionist, who also made me feel welcome. Overall I had an amazing experience and will definitely recommend to get a massage here.

Out of all the services I have experienced, the facials are the best! Just as relaxing as a full massage without the recoup time. While I don’t deny the benefits of massage, for me a facial is a great way to distress and feel good after. I love the product used by massage envy. Murad is amazing. It works well and product is geared toward your need. It smells awesome too!
The therapist (Diana) is awesome too. She listens to you and addresses the needs you share with her. She gives thorough explanation and you can tell that she believes in the product utilized.

This is the best Massage Envy in town. I have been getting massages and facials for about two years now through Massage Envy’s monthly program, and could not be more pleased than I am with the Fig Garden location. Diana, the Esthetician, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and downright great at her job. My skin is positively radiant thanks to her help and guidance. I only knocked down the rating to four stars because I think that the Murad line of products that they use leave a bit to be desired.
Beyond my facials, I have had multiple massages at this location. One was outstanding, and one was ok. I cannot remember the name of my massage therapist, but neither one would be bad. My friend also visited the location with me and received a massage that she deemed «the best massage I have ever had.»
Finally, the young ladies who work in the front of this location are spunky, fun, and do their jobs extremely well. they engage customers well, and make everyone feel welcome. I would highly suggest this place to anyone looking for massage therapy or facials.

Beautiful location, friendly staff… Mark took all of my tension and melted it away. I came in feeling like a giant ball of stress and left feeling like a noodle. Go see Mark… you can thank me later.

This place is small but clean. The people in the front are friendly. My consultation before my service was not as in depth as the other guests but that was fine. The wait seemed long to begun my service but I was called back about 10 minutes after my appointment tine. My masseuse seemed a bit down maybe she was not feeling well. The massage was nice I would’ve liked to get a little more time spent on my legs and feet but the back massage was good. I would go again but probably request a different masseuse. I like a relaxing environment and my masseuse seemed depressed.
