Not going to use him. Didn’t keep his prearranged appt. Had some woman call me to reschedule, at the last minute, who referred to me as «girlfriend» then saw the property on his own and gave me an outrageous quote and told me it would be 85% better after he finished. WHAT? Shouldn’t it be 100% better when he is done? Went on and on about how «others will rip me off» and «I’ve done work in this neighborhood so that should be reference enough» and «why don’t you just charge it and pay your minimum balance every month.» I’m sorry, but this is so insulting. I may be blond, but I don’t need someone treating
me as such. He tried scare tactic (anyone else will rip you off) and financial advice (just charge it). Um, i thought he was a painter, not my Daddy or my financial adviser. He never even bothered to send/​mail/​deliver a proper invoice. I am not amused. And, don’t call me your «girlfriend» when you change appointments at the last minute. Not professional. At all.
