Pizza Hut

The food is ok, sadly, they do not honor the deals that are advertised. I would rather spend my money at a place that pretends they care enough about me to save me money.

I wanted pizza at the worst time to start a work out plain, so i fell weak today; so what? I can tell you this, the pizza was worth the 50lb i think i just gained from eating it all. The cook at this location is amazing like no other. I think the cooks name was Devin. Great service and every thing. Thanks bro now i have to work out twice a day for a least 2 week.

No stars wud be about right for this location at least. I put in an online order for Carryout at 5:41pm to pick up at 7p. A large pizza & wings. I show up at 7:02 expecting to get a hot food & walk right out. I paid, and took a seat as she said it shud be right out. At 7:15 I asked what was Goin on. They said almost ready. At 7:30 the manager couldn’t even find my order. What a joke! Got a refund & went to Lil Ceasars hot n ready. Very disappointed obviously. Try another location unless you like being frustrated & let down.

I wish I can put no stars. This location sucked! One to ooooohh pricey for two pizza for what an oil soaked pizza. Yuck disgusting.

staff –extremely– friendly, helpful, and professional, food delicious.
the bathroom, however, was ddiissgguussttiinngg. poop on the wall (!), pee/​poop all over the toilet, built up old grime on the sink, toilet paper all over the floor, sharpie graffiti on the smooth tile walls (extremely easy to remove if they tried). would’ve been the perfect pizza hut experience if not for the bathroom.

We always order pizza Hut because it’s closer to our home and there service was always ehhh. But today Idk of they have a new employee but he was so very friendly, patient and informative. I really like his customer service skills that I wanted to write a review. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

This pizza was horrible. The crust was soaked in grease by the time our pizza was ready to be picked up. Probably will not go to this Pizza Hut again.

Horrible! Ordered large order online at around 3:30pm to be delivered at 5pm. At about 4:40, I was out in the yard for about 5 minutes and when I came back in there were 2 missed calls but NO MESSAGES! Finally at 5:15pm and still no pizza, I called to see what was going on. Was told that the delivery guy came at 5 and there was no answer. When I said I was here, she argued that he called twice. Seriously?! If you know someone is eaiting for a delivery, WHY DONT YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE??? Not only that, but then wait until the customer calls you?! Worst service ever! Want to know the best part? She says if I still want my order, I’ll have to wait another hour and a half to get it! So, not only did you screw up, but then you want me to eat cold, nasty pizza to ‘make up for it’? Used to order from here all the time but never again!

I order from here regularly, but today was my first bad pizza. (ONLY OTHER PROBLEM WAS, ONCE I REFUSED A DELIVERY WHICH TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET TO ME WHEN I LIVE LIKE LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AWAY). I ordered a hand tossed pizza, half just cheese (for my kids) and half of it with pepperoni and pork sausage.
Just tasted horribly salty. Could not even eat the first slice, had to wash it down with a a cup of soda!!!
I called and spoke with MICHAEL (the Manager supposedly, his name is on my receipt as the cashier also)… says they have a vendor who brings in their dough, and they don’t make it themselves…
Not happy. Only option was to bring back for another… and I don’t really want that, waste the drive to pick up another BAD pizza does not sound like fun. Would have preferred a refund because I am just throwing this one out.

Best pizza I’ve had in Fresno yet. Finally, I get extra sauce on my pizza when I order «extra sauce.» And the pizza was darned good!

I visited this Pizza Hut on June 9, 2013 and was very disappointed. I always order take out so I drove there and arrived around 9:20 PM, roughly 40 minutes before they close. When I entered, the door made a sound (indicating that someone has just entered). I walked straight up to the front counter where you would order, and no one approached me which did not bother me initially since I understand it takes time for people to finish up what they’re doing before helping a guest. It was fully staffed by the way (a lot of chatting in the back), and I’m positive there are about six or more people that work that night. I waited for another one minute, still no one came to the front. I even made eye contact with at least four individuals, some look away and some turn their back on me and acted like they did not see me. Zero acknowledgment. One girl who was preparing a pizza said «someone is in the front» at least three times. A few individuals responded to her, but still no one would come to the front. I waited for another four minutes before I decided to walk out.
This is one of the worst experience at a Pizza Hut restaurant. I feel that they did not help me because it was close to the time of closing, but that is no excuse not to help a guest since your business rely on paying customers. I will NEVER order from any Pizza Hut again because of these few individuals that I encountered at this specific Pizza Hut.
I hope that in the future Pizza Hut would emphasize on customer service because I am sure if they don’t change their ways they will keep losing customers. Also, the only reason why I order from Pizza Hut is because they’re the only place that offer stuffed crust. But that’s not enough to make me want to return ever again. They must not forget that there are other pizza places in town.
