Samantha was very flexible with my schedule and we were able to see many properties in a short time. Samantha did her best to provide information whenever I had questions, but was never pushy in her sales approach. Once I decided on a home, Samantha was efficient in organizing the contract paperwork and assembling a competent group of home inspectors. Happily, the sale proceeded smoothly and I am looking forward to moving into my new home soon. Samantha did a great job selling my mother’s house in Fresno. She is exactly what you want in a real estate agent; thorough, responsive, on the ball, gave great advice, but let’s you decide. She did a great job marketing the house and she was spot on with her pricing recommendation which helped us sell the house in the first week with multiple offers and we ended up getting above asking. She gave great advice on how to handle and assess the offers. Also since we were out of town Samantha handled getting the house ready to sell arranging and meeting painters, cleaners, and repair people. She even met the movers. I would highly recommend Samantha if you are selling or buying a house. I would certainly call her up if I ever needed a real estate agent in Fresno.

It was a pleasure to work with Samantha. She was always very prompt, patient, and helpful with our questions and concerns. She never rushed us into a decision and was always willing to explain the next step in the process. She was helpful in suggesting items to inspect during our walk-​throughs, and provided her expertise when we had questions. The closing process went smoothly and she was very flexible to work with E-​signing vs. paper and working with our schedules.

There was a little bit of difficulty with the seller keeping their side of the contract close to closing, but she ensured that the contract be kept. My three year old son also felt very comfortable with her and enjoyed her company. It was a pleasure to work with her!
