If you are interested in paying for nothing, this place is for you. This property management company is in charge of St Michel in Fresno Ca. There has been a homeowner in St Michel that has had a multi family dwelling in a single family dwelling for over 20 years. This business is having the president of St Michel handle this problem and the problem is not being handled because the president does not have what it takes. Shelter property does not want to take care of this problem after being notified I don’t know how many times. This property management company has not even fined the guy breaking the rules in 20 years and even after a 90 day eviction and an extension. In no circumstances should you hire this lazy business that does not function as a business period. I guess you can open a business and do nothing. So get your nothing here today! LoL

Hello to everyone who may be intrested in renting with or from John let me save you and John some time let’s start with your credit if your credit is bad or have anything on your credit in other words if your credit is not perfect John will not rent to you. And he’s not going to tell you that of course couse he needs people like me and you for tax and audit purposes If John knows what kind of tenants he is looking for why not tell us our odds and let us decide just saving you time hope and money he knew our credit was bad we told him what was on our credit medical bills comcast and pg&e and still took our money and still wasted our time John how dare you your inconsiderate sun of a gun if any one else has had a terrible experience with John please speak up post and expose this heartless person I do remind you i make a lot of money possibly 6 times the amount of rent so if this doesn’t tell you something I don’t know what will enter at your own risk

Rented a house through this property management company with a 12 month lease and recently moved out. Wasn’t the worse experienced I’ve ever had but it’s close to it. 1.The manager, John, comes off as a bit rough in the beginning. Prior to signing the lease, we prepared a small list of repairs that need to be done and he promised to have them completed prior to our move in date but of course when we moved in, at least half those repairs were ignored. We requested simple things too like missing handles on drawers and fixing the security screens on windows. 2.The house wasn’t properly cleaned on our move in date. We spent hours re-cleaning the entire house. 3. After the lease was signed, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the manager for any reason. Repeated calls and emails were ignored. 4. He sends a monthly bill including the rent and utilities and the way he organizes the bill is very, very confusing. There has been at least one occasion where he billed us twice for the same utility. I’m sure we’ve been overcharged many more times but it’s difficult to tell with a confusing bill. 5. The house was once again entirely cleaned prior to our move-out but the manager still took approx. 75%(somewhere along the lines of $ 375) of the deposit for cleaning. Keep in mind that the house was never properly cleaned when we moved in so why do we have to pay to have it professionally cleaned now. Pretty much the same as renting any apt where they screw you out of your deposit each time you move out. 1 star for not repairing promised items, difficulty in reaching manager, overcharging on bills, and taking the deposit for no reason.
