Dr steinke’s office staff is completely useless and difficult to deal with. As for Dr. Steinke, it somehow slipped through the cracks that I have cervical cancer. It was only brought to my attention one month later, after I initiated an appointment to find out why I was unable to get pregnant. The diagnosis came up in passing as an oh by the way, did someone call to tell you your pap came back abnormal. Then he did the biopsy but did not request the required test to see what type of cancer… Kinda important to me. I did not hear back from him for several days while I called the office daily to check the status of my newest biopsy results. Finally my husband and I went into the office in a panic wanting answers, he was very confused as to why I was upset. Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, he did the next procedure while I was two weeks pregnant, later I found out how risky that was to my fetus. I finally switched doctors and couldn’t be happier to have parted ways with his inept practice. My new Dr. Was horrified when reading the details of my chart, he was surprised with the lack of cautioun in regards to my treatment and the very dangerous procedure done while being so early on, in an already high risk pregnancy. I would avoid his services like the plague. His office is old with outdated equipment so as a patient you will be farmed off to several locations trying to get tests or sonograms done.

Dr. Steinke delivered my daughter back in 2009. My primary physician recommended me to him since Dr. Steinke delivered my physicians children. He is the doctor that other doctors go to! He was awesome during my whole pregnancy and the staff was awesome as well. I would recommend him to any woman who is pregnant or wants a better one on one experience with their physician.

He is old school and extremely thorough. What I love about him is how he takes care of my total health during a gynecological exam. He’s always on time, I never wait 30 minutes for an appointment, and I feel like he puts the patent’s needs first. I have friends that go to doctors that continually cancel on them and make them wait to only send the nurse in instead of the Dr. Why? I always see my Dr. at my appointments, I love it. Dr. delivered my last child and it was an exceptional experience, from seeing me first thing in the am, having my interests frists, checking in on my constantly and staying with me from the first push to the last, allowing me to pull the baby out and getting through it without a single stich. Dr. Steinke is amazing and I’d recomend him to any woman, especially if you’re pregnant.
