my stylist, Esmeralda was EXCELLENT ! ! ! I drive by at least 5 other Supercuts just to get a haircut, eye brow wax from Esmeralda. You can tell that Esmeralda takes Extreme pleasure and Pride in her work, and she always has an Extremely Positive Attitude every single time. Esmeralda makes you feel valued as a customer.

Each time I’ve come in here I’ve been impressed with the way I’ve been greeted and the sign in procedure. The gals always seem concerned about what I want and I’ve often said «I need a miracle!!» and that’s just what I get. I’ve had excellent service from Synthia as well as few others but my experience today with Jessie was over the top amazing! Not only did she take the time to listen to what I wanted she presented me with some ides of her own, which showed me she was more interested in taking care of ME than just «giving a hair cut». I will totally recommend her to anyone, and always tell people this is where I go to get excellent service ;-)

I came here to have my hair trimmed and then just blown out straight. For what I paid: $ 16 style + $ 18 cut + $ 5 wash I could have just gone to an actual stylist. Nothing against these girls but they don’t have the tools or the time to deal with actual hair. Mine is long and the poor girl was trying to blow my frizzy waves hair straight with a paddle brush. My hair turned out evenly trimmed and soft, but I wouldn’t classify my end result as a «style», but I don’t mind paying people for their time and I just ended up finishing it at home. I was looking for a quick, low budget experience but I would have paid about the same to actually have the experience I was looking forward too.

The staff at this location is very friendly. This is the only place I go to get my hair done by the manager-​Stephanie. It’s very budget and family friendly. I always get exactly what I want and come out looking very professional. The stylists are also very clean and make sure to properly sterilize after every haircut. Call ahead or use the Supercuts app for smartphone to make an appointment as it can get very busy.

I have (had) very long hair, the second I sat down the stylist told me how much she wanted to «hack it off.» & continued to make comments throughout the cut about how much she dislikes long hair. I asked to have 1 – 2 inches trimmed off of the ends, and my layers refreshed. The woman took off 4 ½ — 5 inches, and then said «How much was I supposed to cut off again? One inch? I took off way more than that!» while having a good chuckle. Aside from the fact that she completely hacked off a massive amount of my hair, she blunt cut the rest of it. No layering, just giant blunt chunks and a glorious rat tail at the end. I’ve had bad hair cuts before, but never one as bad at this. If I ever return, it will be to demand my money back.

Usually not too long of a wait. The girls there are really friendly and get you in and out as quickly as you’d like.
The haircuts here are very consistent and they always take time to make sure that you are getting what you would really like. Last time I was there they even let me know that they would put a memo in the system for next time so that they wouldn’t always need me to answer how I like my hair.
I think this location is in a great spot and the vibe is always mellow and relaxed.
PS I LOVE the new complementary hot towels at the end of the hair cut. =]

I always get treated very well when I come to this location. Synthia always does a great job cutting my hair and taking her time. she’s very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I do recommend asking for her. also you prob want to call ahead because they do get busy at random times.
