Bar Method Fresno is pristine! Not only is the boutique gyms environment relaxing, and no doubt gorgeous I received and excellent challenging workout. I love visiting home knowing I can come to Bar Method! I look forward to see you soon! Thank you again Jenny for the personalized class, as always at all Bar Methods, such a nice touch.

Great place to challenge your muscles! Super clean and inviting. They offer water, towels, hair styling tools, sprays, mouth wash and wisps to freshen up after your workout. I love that a locker with a key is provided so you can stow your purse during class too. Class instructors are attentive and supportive to help you get the right postures and maximize your workout. It’s a little pricey if you pay per class, but worth it if you want a full body workout that feels like a personal training session. It’s a real value compared to personal training if you purchase unlimited classes and go several times a week.

What a great addition in Fresno. Such a nice, professional work out by best trainers. Everything is new and clean. The stuff is always helpful and friendly.

Wow. What a unique way to workout… And it’s not easy! The ladies here really friendly and helpful. I’ve taken mainly Lauren’s classes, and found her to be very knowledgeable and great. The class utilizes a bar like in ballet classes (and unfortunately not the kind you can down a glass of wine after the workout j/​k). Incorporates light weights and mats as well.
Get ready to burn those muscles. Instructors can be hands on to ensure you are in proper form and getting the most benefit from each move. You may also have your name called out during class, telling you to make an adjustment, or even to root you on if you’re in good form. How they remember everyone’s name, I don’t know, but they’re impressive. I highly recommend giving it a try.
Single class costs $ 22. Your first month unlimited is $ 75. The one downer is after that, it can be pricey to keep up with.
