No one knows what they doing not even the managers no help whats ever cant explain to me why my bill went from 160 to 244… Not the only issue i had

I ended up at this store after my phone completely died on me one day before my upgrade. I contacted Verizon’s 1 – 800 number, who told me the manager at this store, Jodi, would help me out, and would be able to upgrade the phone. When I arrived at the store, Jodi immediately pawned me off on one of her employees, who insisted that with an upgrade you also had to purchase several accessories. When questioned about it, I was basically told that I was REQUIRED to purchase them with an upgrade. All in all, I spent an additional $ 200 on accessories that I wasnt planning on purchasing. I wasnt even explained to what accessories I had purchased, and things mysteriously ended up in my bag. I was then told that they had a promotion in which they were giving away tablets. Well, if its FREE why not take it. Nope. Not free, essentially it added another line to my account which I wasnt even advised of. The tablet arrived in the mail today, its being returned.

Had a fantastic experience at this Verizon Store. I have been a Verizon customer for 10+ years so I have been through my fair share of upgrades and issues that would bring me in to a store. I went to upgrade my phone on a whim as I happened to be driving by. I did not have to wait to be helped, it was quiet enough that there was no waiting time. I have experienced some long waits at the Blackstone Verizon store so It was a great change. Angie helped me set up my new phone and put up with my indecisiveness over what color I wanted. She was incredibly helpful and I was in and out in no time. Overall, I am not always happy with Verizon as a service provider because it is more expensive than other carriers BUT this review is just for my store experience and it was great! Thanks Angie!
