Verizon Wireless – 4G Wireless

I got back on my Unilocal account just to leave this review.
I went in just to get a new phone, as my iPhone ended up getting water damage so it wasn’t working properly at all, and I walked out with a new phone, phone case, car charger, glass protector, AND a lower price for my plan (all since we were so outdated) for a reasonable price.
This is the best customer service I’ve had in a long time at a Verizon kiosk (basically store, they’re almost the same thing). Chris Piceno was an absolute joy to work with! He’s smart, has a really upbeat personality, and legitimately wanted me to be happy at the end of my purchase. We talked for a bit about what I wanted and it really felt like I was talking to a friend, not someone who was trying to make me buy something (even though I went in with the intentions of getting a brand new phone). In the end, I still got a case and car charger since I had one for my iPhone and didn’t want it to be weird without one and it was the best decision to go to that area for sure.
If you go to this store, or call, make sure to see if Chris is there. Again, you won’t be disappointed! Because of the customer service and how happy I am now, I wish I could give way more stars to this location! :)
