Wells Fargo Bank

Avoid wells Fargo at all costs. Have had them for years, went in this morning to get foreign money. Was helped by a banker, Jorge, i think, none the less, he called in my foreign money order and the Phoenix representative started questioning why i wanted such a low amount, that it wasn’t worth it etc. How dare anyone question what people do with their money!!! I have never been treated so poorly. .shame on wells Fargo, you just lost a long term customer! New customers beware!

we have been customers of wells fargo for quite some time. the other day, my husband went in to cash and deposit his check. we normally do that when we need our money to clear asap. the teller wouldn’t do it for him! she said she didn’t recognize the check. …huh??? he’s a working man and his company was bought out so now it’s called something else! what does it matter?! we are long standing customers! i said if they get one more strike, that’s it! they’re out. we are changing banks. before that, we had a few problems with them here and there but nothing like that. the place is clean and the people are normally nice but the branch at fig garden seem to profile. i’m never one to notice things like that or ever jump to that conclusion but this visit was just odd and the look in her eyes were not at all welcoming.

This is a newer Wells Fargo. It used to be another bank a few years ago. I walked in and it looked modern, clean, and bright. I was greeted with several hellos. The gal who assisted me was friendly and very professional. She got me out of there in a few minutes. They had plenty of tellers to keep the line under control and moving along.
