We walked in here and the dinning room was dirty and there were only three customers inside. The women’s bathroom was out of order and mens was filthy. We left. Fodd establishments should not be filthy

This Wendy’s is in a busy area and I never realized why it wasn’t very busy until i went in there and got the slowest service. After taking to another customer who had been waiting for his order for 20mins as I stood in line behind 4 people for 15mins, I decided to leave there and never return.

I normally don’t review fast food chains but I’ll make the exception for this one. Driving back to LA we needed to make a food stop and usually are happy with Wendy’s if choosing fast food so we decided to drop in. The way the Wendy’s is set up with the tinted windows and look closed but they are not. We pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Simple right? Well, not so much. After we ordered it the girl at the drive trough said they didn’t have any made and it would be a few minutes. Don’t they normally make them when you order them? I’m glad I didn’t get one that had been sitting around for a while but it took over 10 minutes for this sandwich to be made and we were sitting in a drive thru in the wrong side of town with people that looked like zombies walking around us. Also, our fries were fried to a bloody crisp in oil that seemed like it had been sitting around for a day or two. This was a crumby Wendy’s for sure. Bottom line, if you’re a road traveller looking for a place to grab a bite, do yourself a favor and stay on the freeway for a few more exits and grab something else.

This place was good, people were friendly, BUT… 1 problem I had with this store. The way this store is set up, if the workers are busy working the drive thru and your in front waiting to order or want a refill, the workers don’t really notice you. I had to stick my head in and say hello. This Wendy’s is on a busy street, so keep that in mind.

I like Wendy’s. It’s definitely in the top tier of the fast food kingdom. Good burgers, fries, and probably the best dollar menu around. Their dollar menu chicken nuggets give you FIVE, so McDonald’s and everybody else can stick it with their four… Anyway I’m sure you’ve eaten at a Wendy’s some time in your life before, so I’ll spare the details and get on with this particular location. I frequent this specific Wendy’s on my lunch hour, and during the lunch rush this place(and the neighboring KFC, McDonald’s, In-N-Out, Taco Bell, and Carl’s Jr.) is usually a freakin madhouse, with the parking lot damn near being a hostile warzone. But today, I came inside at a fairly calm time, put in my order, and BAM they had it all out on a tray before I could even make it to the restroom to wash my hands! I had literally just walked out of the line after paying and was heading to the restroom when they told me my order was ready. WTF?! What’s all this bullshit about my food being fresh and not being made until my order was put in that they go on about in their commercials? Oh well, at least it was still put together well and not a smashed the fuck up mess of ketchup and cheese that McDonald’s will try to let slide every once in a while. I mean the burger was still good, albeit lukewarm with cold, un-melted cheese. The beef and bun is of noticeably higher quality than other fast food places, so it was still fine. Anyway, this seems to be a problem only with this Wendy’s location, which unfortunately is the one that’s one of my go-to spots while at work. Someday when I’m bored enough, I’ll make a Unilocal list(I forgot about those) ranking my fast-food hierarchy, but for now just know that the Wendy’s out on Jensen(if you’re ever out there) isn’t one of the better ones.
