This store is horrible. Yes, the store is big but they don’t have much to offer. The staff are unfriendly and it took me a while to get help. My suggestion is go find another store that’s not so far from it.

I’m writing this review to complain about AT&T and their insurance company Assurion. AT&T sells a policy if your phone is lost, damaged, or stolen as a way to assure the customer of the safety of their phone. Well NEVER use this service, because the phone I received after needing the access the claim was defective and could never be charged. I took the phone to apple and they said the company had used non-​apple parts. I received no help from ATT corporation and have lost business because of the debacle. Im warning people to find a different carrier and to not depend on the AT&T corporation. If this is written in regards to a store, I’m talking about AT&T as a whole and no one should do business with this organization. They do not stand by their products.

Slow service, long wait. 5 minutes of standing around until I track someone down with a name tag. «7 people ahead of you, only 3 of us working, can’t give you a time estimate». It’s a busy day at the mall and you have 3 people working? Lame.

Wow first time I’ve been here and was hesitant… Daniel Morack greeted me and made me comfortable. I was confused with the new iPhone 6s plus and how to order it what the best way and deal was… I went to Apple first then talked to Daniel… After asking all my questions he explained everything and looked up all my options… It looked like the cheapest way was to go with Apple… But after finding out Id have an unknown wait time to order with Apple I went with ATT… So I asked for Daniel again… He came out and we finished the deal… He is new and was unsure of a few things but wasn’t afraid to tell me and go ask for help… All in all he was VERY very nice… Talked to my 12 year old son about school and sports… Was professional and personal… He got my new iPhone 6s plus 128 gig phone ordered on the first day you could order it… He answered all questions and got help… Much respect to him… He will go far… I almost wish he would go sell cars!
