Worst experience I’ve had at a corner bakery, which I usually love. All the food tasted like it had been sitting all day then reheated in the microwave. It’s really a disappointment to the chain.

I found their sandwiches very addictive. The bread was always tender and flavorful, and the meat, condiments and vegetables are always pleasing, along with the bag of kettle chips and dill pickle spear, it tops it off very well.

I recently rediscovered corner bakery, and I am glad I did! The food is really good, and the service is always pretty quick! I rated it 4 stars because their call ahead ordering needs a little improvement(I was told to wait in a couple different lines last time and ended up waiting longer than I would have if I just came in and ordered.) but for the food and the price, this place is great!

Food was average. Found a hair in my kids Mac N’ Cheese. Told them I wanted a new plate and they tried to tell me the cook doesn’t have that color hair. I told them I don’t either. Manager didn’t even come over to apologize. Won’t be going back.

We have been to many Corner bakery locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Always good with lunch and friends and family. And have one or more of their delicious cookies afterwards. Bumped rating up to 5 stars as we find a lot of consistently good service at all locations. We came today for the free bundt cake(along with purchase of an entrée).

Normally love Corner Bakery but this location? I really would have expected more being that it’s in Frisco. Walked in and the girl at the front counter was not friendly at all — made the entire exchange feel forced and awkward. Had to carefully choose sitting because so many of the tables had garbage on them and had not been bussed(tables didn’t get cleaned the 45 minutes we sat and ate). Food took a little longer than expected and it was not worth the wait. Had the pasta pesto cavatappe and two orders of chicken carbonara. Both dishes sauce seemed diluted and noodles overly done. Not a good experience. Would not recommend this location.

I love this place, they always answer the phone even after three rings and the people are so polite. Not to mention the food is pretty good food. I love that they have not discredit the quality of the food and probably actually made it better. thank you corner bakery! New post. Still awesome

Tried to have breakfast there today. Been going there for 10yrs and this will be the last. Their panini sandwiches have shrunk 50% in the past year and the Swiss oatmeal was a runny mess. Asked for a second bowl to share some with my younger son and he returns holding the bowl with his thumb halfway down the inside of it. They’ve obviously tried to implement cost cutting measures and in my opinion it is an epic fail. I never said i was willing to pay less for quality.

There is not a «zero» star rating, unfortunately. Both my wife and I have worked in customer service jobs for over 10 years… But we thought we were being punked. We stood at the counter ready to order forever! while two employees stood staring at their registers and a manager walked by just to look out way. Look… I get it when the register is malfunctioning or you need to count some cash out of the drawer ’cause it exceeds then limit, but to not acknowledge people standing in front of you ready to order is not ok. We left and will never return.

If you’ve never had their Cinnamon Crème Coffee Cake… you are missing out! My family always makes sure we have one for the holidays. Definitely a favorite! While we’re on the subject of sweets, I’ve never had a bad dessert from here. From their Sweet & Tangy Lemon Bar to their Raspberry Bar and their bundt cakes… you can NOT go wrong. Want something savory? I recommend their Chopped Salad and their Mac & Cheese. Never a bite left behind when I order these two. You’ll thank me later. The cashiers are always really nice, great conversationalists, always smiling. I’ve been going here since I was in high school and everything is still just as good!

I’ve recently become a frequent visitor of this place! I don’t know how/why we decided to check it out. but we found ourselves here for lunch one day a few months back, and haven’t stopped coming since then! Everything is so fresh and delicious. There is never a line and the cashiers are always friendly and ready to answer any questions. The ambiance of the place is also nice. Very comfortable seating and layout There is also patio seating available. The only reason I’m docking a star is because I noticed the consistency is always kind of off. I’m one of those people that when I find something I love. I order it over and over again. Well when I feel that when I do that here. it’s not the same dish. Something is always different, whether it be portion size, appearance, or taste. The quality and taste is always good. I’m just not a fan of the inconsistency. Another thing I noticed is that the breakfast takes much longer to than the lunch. During the times I went, I haven’t noticed the breakfast time being anymore crowded than the lunch hour, so I’m not sure what the morning delay is about. Other than those things… this place is worth checking out. I’ve not had a bad meal yet!

I usually love CBC and this has always been my go-to location, but they’re slipping. My last 2 in-store visits, I was served an un-chopped chopped salad, and today I ordered online to pick up. I arrived at 2:45, so it wasn’t particularly busy, but there were 3 people waiting on to-go orders. A man in a CB shirt stood next to the to-go register and chatted loudly on the phone — very casual and unprofessional conversation, even though it appeared to be about catering — and he didn’t acknowledge the customers or attempt to get help, he just stood there yammering, oblivious

It was my first time at corner bakery and I was extremely disappointed! First off I ordered the chicken apple sausage panini and the menu clearly states that you can ADD oatmeal, fruit OR potatoes for $ 1.00 the cashier told me they don’t do that and I’d have to order a side. So after I paid 3.69 for fruit we asked the manager and they do offer it for a dollar… The sandwich was not even remotely good. To top it all off the staff cuts off customers and have no regard for customer service. AND the very best part the busser hit me really hard in the back of my head with the half full bus tub. So now I get to go home hungry and wash the filth out of my hair! TERRIBLEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEXPERIENCEEVER!

Yes, it’s official, i’m addicted to the Swiss Oatmeal and hazelnut coffee at CBC!!! It’s like I seriously can’t get enough! Let me put it this way, if I’m ever working from home, there’s no doubt I’m stopping by CBC after the gym to grab my breakfast. The line(if any) always moves quickly, the staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean(I usually take my food to go but have eaten inside as well), and the price is right. There’s just something about the Swiss oatmeal… I’m not sure if it’s the fact that it’s so refreshing in the summer time since it’s served cold, but I feel like i’m equally addicted to it during the winter, so that probably cancels out the summer theory. I love the right balance of yoghurt, oats, bananas, green apples, and currants! It’s not too sweet, just sweet enough for me. Add to that a cup of hazelnut coffee and the yummy raisin pecan crisp that comes on the side of the Swiss oatmeal order, and you’ve got the most amazing breakfast, and a very happy Mary K. I have eaten lunch here as well and enjoy the the Uptown Turkey Sandwich(half sandwich half salad). The staff is always more than happy to dice up a fresh jalapeño for us on the side which gives it the extra kick we love. The seating area isn’t too large, but a decent number of tables and smaller booths. There is also a small outdoor patio with tables, but I prefer the inside if I ever stay to eat my meal. The lunch crowd is a bit larger than the breakfast crowd, so be prepared for a longer wait for your food if you go in at that time. I’m a fan and hope you guys enjoy my breakfast suggestion(get ready to move over to the dark side!)

Over the years, this place has went downhill. Food isn’t as fresh and portion sizes smaller. Prices higher. Last time I was there I was overcharged and when I asked cashier about it, he said the price of item went up. I looked at menu on wall and explained to him it showed the price as same as always. His response. «they haven’t had time to raise prices on menu yet, but they have on computer« Ummmmm…unacceptable! Won’t be returning and ive told others to avoid Corner Bakery on Preston in Frisco

The last few weeks I’ve only had breakfast here. But I love eating breakfast here. Besides the friendly service, I love sitting here after eating, drinking a bunch of coffee from the coffee bar and jacking their wifi. I look like I’m working, but I’m not really working. I’m getting my caffeine high on while looking at memes and laughing. 5-stars for never kicking me out or questioning why I stay there for an hr and a half. So do I get a free coupon or anything for a 5-star review CB? Cooommmeeee oooonnnnn.

I like Corner Bakery. They have great sandwiches and their baked goods are top-notch(especially the cinnamon crème coffee cake). This location, however, seems average. I got my order to-go, but the order process was extremely awkward thanks to the deer-in-the-headlights cashier. After I got my order(which was pleasantly quick), I discovered they put the croutons IN my tomato basil soup, making them completely soggy by the time I opened it(can’t you include it on the side?). While the soup itself was good, those nasty croutons made the whole thing kind of unappetizing. I also got the Uptown Turkey sandwich, which was tasty(especially the bread). It included chips(blah) and a pickle(pretty funky-tasting… and trust me, I love me some pickles). Considering the price and my past experiences with Corner Bakery, I expected more. But I suppose you could do worse for lunch.

This was our semi-regular breakfast spot only because I could order the Anaheim scrambler and feel like I have eaten a semi-healthy breakfast. Today I discovered they had this«Garden Gate» scrambler and thought I would order it. Long story short, it came out cold and bland. I wrote it off and decided to write this location off as well. I noticed the food is inconsistent and plus we always have to stop and get coffee elsewhere since their coffee makes Folgers taste like Colombia’s best. Over it.

My breakfast sandwich was not that great. It was very greasy and messy. However, I was there right when it opened and I was greeted with smiles and morning pleasantries. That in itself warrants a return to try out other options on the menu.
