Here I am, finally no longer a patient. I won’t sit here trying to blame them for my teeth because who knows if it was awful dentistry or if Clear Correct just didn’t work as smoothly as I had hoped. But I am here to update you on their offices. Almost 21 months later, their offices are still awful with costumer service. If they pick up, and claim that they will call you back for any reason, don’t hold your breath. They 99.9% of the time will not and you will have to hound them for whatever you need. Simple statuses on your next set of Clear Correct trays take 1 – 2 weeks to find out because they have terrible communication lines with Clear Correct and their patients. Something I’ve dealt with the entire time with them. Then since I transferred care, they were supposed to refund me $ 275 which has taken me weeks to hear about and when I looked today at my credit card statement, it showed that I had been CHARGED another $ 275 instead. Yes yes yes, they will refund me the full amount but I don’t make a lot of money and my family of 3 (and 1 income) doesn’t usually have $ 275 just sitting around. The best part is that even when they are in the wrong, they get annoyed WITH YOU. Rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. Don’t let their fake smiles fool you.
I get that they are human and make mistakes, but what kind of person or business makes the same mistakes over and over even over a year later?

My family has been going to Dental Spa for past 5 years. And I must say the service is lacking and over the years there has been many turn overs in staff. They are extremely Rude and never return phone call. I also feel like I’ve been over charged. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone! !!!
