Wow, I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered dinner for myself and my 6 year old son. 30 – 40 minutes was the quote. After an hour i called to check on the order… It was Friday, so I wasn’t surprised there was a delay. Was told there was a computer glitch… Order didn’t go through, but they would get it out right away, for free, and we’d have it in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called back. Was told they still didn’t process the order, glitch wasn’t fixed. Asked for a manager who said no, the order went out. While on the phone, delivery guy showed up with one of the two pizzas we ordered, and none of the sides. What a mess. Whoever is running this place has real operational issues. Find a different pizza delivery place!

Consistent and on time. ONCE in the last year a mistake was made and the manager sincerely apologized as they corrected it and credited us for the pizza. Can’t hope for perfect, but a good response when something is not right is as close as it gets.

Pizza is usually good and fairly fast. It’s the people that work there that make or break a place like this. Sadly they went from having terrific service to terrible. It’s obvious that the girls working there don’t give a bit about service. I’ve dealt with both of them taking orders and money and both need the most basic instruction in customer service AND how to make change. I can’t believe either one made it out of high school. In the back making pizza’s you can still see the people that used to take orders and work the register. Guess its a real demotion to actually have to talk with the customers since their best people don’t interact anymore.

This is the best Domino’s location I’ve ever used. My order is always delivered fast and accurate. The drivers are friendly and professional.

Seriously? Ew. We just ordered our two medium pizzas for delivery this afternoon and are severely disappointed. Not being able to decide between Pizza Hut and Dominoes, we just went with the latter and now I wish we didn’t.
My pan pizza is definitely undercooked. Love the toppings — mushroom & sausage but how would you mess that up? You can taste the flour in every bite.
Both pizzas were cut all over the place and we ate it in chunks. Eventually, I had to just eat it with a fork and knife.
Sad thing is I’ll eat and be happy with almost any pizza. Not hard to win my love in this cheesy category.

They came through for me! Had some friends over. Ordered late. Most places would have huffed at this time of night. Food was priced right, fast and couldn’t ask for better. Best place to order from. Will definitely be back.

I am updating my review because recently I had an issue with my order and I have to say, the manager went above and beyond in fixing the issue. Kudos to the manager and to Domino’s for giving him the latitude to take care of customers!
