This location was terrible. My husband knows how much I love these things so he ordered one to be delivered to me as a surprise. He called me before he got off work to see how my day was going (really to see if I had received my edible arrangement). I didn’t mention it so he called to see if it had indeed been delivered. They told him yes it was delivered earlier in the day. He reassured them it hadn’t cause I never mentioned it and they kept telling him it had been delivered. He called me back and asked if I had received it (ruining the surprise of it) and I told him no. So he calls back and they tell him they apologize but they lost track of my address and note he wanted along with it. They asked if he wanted delivered the next morning and he told them yes. They gave him a time frame and guess what… Still nothing. Long story short we had to go pick it up ourselves no apologies or anything. Very disappointed in their customer service and organization!

Jacob went above and beyond anyone I have ever worked with for a delivery. We were trying to send an arrangement for my husbands daughter and was told the delivery could not take place when she would be home. He told me not to worry that he would find a location that could deliver to her work before she left for the day. He called me back rather quickly and had already organized with their driver to deliver before 5pm.
I just wanted to recognize Jacob as an exceptional employee who, could have easily told me they could not do it today, but rather he found a solution!

Website says they have dipped items all the time ready to go. Stopped in on my birthday to treat myself to a small box and was told they didn’t have any on hand even though website states otherwise. Told me I could come back in a few hours if I really wanted a small box of fruit, as I was leaving I saw an arrangement in the fridge but she didn’t even say that was an option for me so I walked out. Terrible. Knowing this is the local store for me, I’ll go somewhere else or order Shari’s Berries instead.

I’m only leaving a star because you have to leave at least one to post a review… trust me, they don’t even deserve the one!
I recently received an edible arrangement as a gift. The thought was very nice, however, for $ 50, you would expect better quality! The fruit barely lasted 24 hours from the time of delivery! If you’re planning on purchasing this for someone, think twice!

They need to work on their delivery methods — as they tried to deliver without calling first and we weren’t home. THen I called from their door card to redeliver — was guaranteed delivery by 10 a.m. and when no delivery by 11:30 — I had to go pick it up because «they had no idea where their delivery person was or when the gift could be delivered.» No apology issued — and they frankly should have refunded my friend — which they did not. I won’t be recommending this location to anyone.
