When we had to buy our first home, we were recommended Elite inspection Group by a few friends and my agent.
The effort I had to put in to book an appointment was very simple, the company is friendly and were patient in answering all my questions (I had quiet a few). on the day of the inspection, the level of detail and sheer professionalism in conducting the inspection, preparing a report and stepping through the report to explain it to me in layman’s terms is commendable.
Sorry guys, cant give you a higher than 5 rating ! :)

We’re in the process of buying a house (always stressful!). Elite Inspection Group was recommended by our Realtor. Mike did a fantastic job! His report was incredibly thorough — he caught things I missed (and was specifically looking for!). The house we’re buying had a previous inspection done that the sellers sent us – that inspector caught only about 10% of what Mike did. Some of the items he noted were things that we’ll just file away as things to work on after closing (helpful to have a list of «to-do’s»!), he caught some major issues that we were able to address before closing (that were NOT on the inspection report from a month prior done by a different inspector). A++!
