I purchased a Groupon for $ 42 which included an eye exam and $ 200 towards frames and lens’. After my eye exam, I didn’t see any frames in store that I liked so I asked the front desk staff if I could bring my own pair of frames in and have the lens’ installed in them. She said yes. She let me know that since I was bringing my own frames in, the $ 200 (from the Groupon) would go towards the price of the lens’ ($ 235) so I would be out of pocket $ 35; however, since I was bringing in my own frames, they wouldn’t be liable for anything that happens to them in the laboratory. I even wrote this all down and confirmed multiple times. I left to go purchase a pair of frames and called the next morning to let them know I was dropping off my frames and I was told that the Groupon doesn’t work towards someone bringing in their own frames. Mind you, it was just 14 hours prior that I was told something completely different. They were completely rude! They wouldn’t even let me arrange a time to speak with the Doctor! They are rude and complete liars! Do not go here… at least not with a Groupon!

Really appreciated these folks fixing my glasses free of charge. Did not buy them there and they still fixed them.
