Worst customer service ever!
I stood in line for fifteen minutes while the cashiers chatted and then when they were done chatting they began their closing duties instead of cashing out other guests.
Rozlyn: take a note and greet your guest after making them wait so long and don’t get rude when I tell you that the way you packed the bag caused it to rip through the bottom of the bag.
Overall I will drive fifteen minutes to avoid the crap customer service at this location.
This is the second time and I don’t think the low quality service is necessarily a coincidence.

It’s ROSS… where last year’s fashion goes to retire and where fashionistas make miracles out of mismatched, irregular sized, almost forgotten items.
ROSS has the tendency to be either really hit or miss. They don’t seem to keep a particular item in stock for very long, so if you see it… and you’re on the fence about it… you probably want to scoop it up then and there or risk losing it forever.
ROSS also has a decent selection of bedding, towels and other accessories for the bath, bedroom and kitchen.
What you won’t find here is high end clothes/​shoes or items that are part of the current fashion trend. Probably better to get standards and basics here… but you can find really good deals on occasion.
It’s a fashion hunter’s dream!

Its a hit or a miss depending on what you find or not find.
One has to patiently browse through the clothes to get some real gems for really affordable price.
I don’t like the shoe section though because whenever I visit this part, its so shabby.

I don’t know why I even went in here today, I know I can never find anything. The store is always extremely picked over, extremely disorganized, and today it even smelled funky. The employees all seem so depressed I wonder if they should be handing out Prozac in the break room. I’ve been to really nice Ross Department stores before… but this ain’t one of them unfortunately!

You know, I really don’t like these types of stores. I don’t really ever find anything and the lines are always long and the customer service sucks. However, at this location I had a different experience. I found that items of the formal attire are cheap and in good condition and I also found some nice belts. I will consider this store for items such as this. I really enjoy this location and the customer service was great as well.
