I absolutely have grown to hate this company. At first, I liked them because they were personable, responsive and had a great, friendly, knowledgeable, honest technician named Jason who came to your house or place of business. I recommended their company to friends. But they started going downhill even before Jason left a year ago. I tried cancelling my contract with them over a year ago, per my original agreement with them when I first signed up. But they debited me again anyway. I refuted it but my family had serious medical problems and it was just the last thing on my mind to contend with. So I tried again earlier this year. I called them. I emailed them. I even followed their ‘new’ process(which I never agreed to) regarding downloading some form and sending that to them too. I then reminded them again over email afterwards that this meant we were ‘done’. However, what do I find when I look at my small business checking account this month?! A charge for a full year anyways! At this point, I’m turning them into the Better Business Bureau. And I guess I have to switch banks too so they don’t try the same swindle again next year. All this for $ 139. How bad do they need my money? DONOT sign up with these guys! There are better companies out there and companies that at least care about customer service much more than these guys. P. S. I have never written a bad review on Unilocal yet. But I absolutely think this should be posted as a warning to others.

DONOTGIVETHEMYOURCREDITCARD, they will automatically bill it and then not provide a refund when you call them. Some of the techs are no longer with the company and left with all of the paperwork… hence tech butler had no record of me and said I was no in their system. However, they were able to draft from my card so I am still in the system. Very confusing and unclear and offered no help or support. Do not use them… try using another tech company that does not keep your credit card information.

Why have I failed to give these guys a rating until now? LOVE this company. We are signed up for the year long plan at our house. The tech is very friendly, and always fixes the problem, as well as giving us pointers.
