I sent more than 3 large packages so far for recalled product, and is not pay anything. The staff nice and really hepfull.

Be careful using this store. The manager totally up charged me today. I asked for 42 stamps for my Christmas cards. He «marked» the cards instead of selling me two booklets of stamps. That means he charged me $.82/envelope instead of $.59/envelope. I didn’t realize this until I left the store. I feel he deceived me and did not offer me the most cost effective option. I’m pretty upset considering I frequent this location. With a usps across the street, save your money and head over there.

See tip below as I posted in wrong section but would not recommend dealing with the ginger or even coming here at all, I don’t know any company that would allow someone to be that rude to a customer.

I have had a few things done here, such as print online and simple mailings. Every print online and pickup order I have done here has come out wrong the first time. They always correct the problem, but I would rather the order be done right the first time. If the only thing I have to do is simply drop off a package, I will use this location if I am craving some Starbucks since it’s in the same shopping center. Otherwise, I use the UPS near the Market Street on Eldorado. I find the staff at the Eldorado one to be better.

I also had a similar experience to the previous reviewer at this UPS location. I would like to think this was an honest mistake but my gut says the owner tried to scam me. Therefore I feel obligated to warn others. When my box was weighed and rung up I was shocked by the amount since the box was large but not heavy and I was sending Ground(not 3-day). However I accepted the owner’s explanation that it was due to the large dimensions and paid the amount. After leaving the store, it bothered me that it cost so much so I took another look at the receipt. Not only were there additional misc«service» costs totaling nearly $ 10, the weight indicated was 45lbs! I am a petite female and there is no way I could lift a large box that heavy much less carry it from the car into the store. So I went back to the store and demanded he find my box and weigh it again. After some resistance and a slew of random excuses as to why it would cost that much, he found my box which only weighed 10lbs. In the end he had to refund me $ 40! The previous review on Unilocal was a shock to me and is what ultimately got me back in the store to demand a refund — thank goodness! So like I said, I really want to believe this was a mistake but given this happened to someone else I’m just not sure. Please beware of this store and triple check your receipts!

The personnel in the store commit fraudulent acts and over charge their customers. They add weight to the packages so that they can overcharge everyone. I took a previously weighed package to the UPS store and they added 10 lbs to the package weight. When I told them that I had already weighed the package and that it was 10 lbs less, they immediately re-weighed the package and guess what, it was miraculously 10 lbs less. Also the customer service is horrendous. They are unprofessional and not customer focused at all.
