Was at the pink store with my wife and was sitting down on one of the tables waiting for my wife to make her purchase for the underwear sale they had going on. A VERY rude employee asked me to get up or leave. My wife and family will never spend our money here again

They have some shady practices at this location! SO. I went in one day and purchased a few bras, at full price. Well, I decided against them so I decided to return. I was in the Watters Creek area a few days later so I figured I’d see what that store had to offer. I picked out some other styles, which were the same price. so I figured it’d be an easy exchange. Well not so much. The gal at the Allen location began my return, then went to summon the store manager for some odd reason. The manager came out and asked me if those were the original bras I had purchased. I said yes.? Confused of course. She then proceeded to inform me that those bras I had purchased at full price were actually old styles from last year and were clearanced out in the previous semi-​annual sale. They were basically $ 14 bras, that I had spent $ 50 each for. She even showed me the tag on the bras, and how the style numbers did not match the tags on them. WHAT?! She believed me that I did not pull a switcheroo on the bras. but she was livid that that other store tried to do that! Sell old, previous clearanced styles at full price! So shady! She returned them for me, but she said she was going to forward that info to corporate. I sure hope she did.
SHADY INCIDENT # 2: I avoid this store for months after this incident. but after receiving a gift card, and being too lazy to drive to Allen, I came back to this location. I selected my items and went up to make the purchase. When I stepped out of the store, I happened to glance at my receipt and saw that my sales tax rate was 10.5%!! WHAT? Did I miss something? Nope, I don’t think so. I think they are just a shady store that does dirty things. So of course, I went back in and pointed this out. All the employees were dumbfounded. Yeah, yeah. after my previous experience with this store. I’m sure they somehow set it that way. Probably charging everyone that extra 2 something percent. Hmmm…
Needless to say, I will NOT be back here.

Tamara is a very helpful sales associate. She is kind and willing to help. I recommend this store over any other location.

On a Monday evening when the store wasn’t busy, I was led to the dressing room and had to wait a few minutes to be attended. After try on, I walked to the register to buy, and the lines are set up weird. There were just a couple people being helped. I walked up behind one, and after the cashier finished with the current customer, she saw me waiting (eye contact made) and walked away and started tidying up the counter. I waited. This went on for a few minutes until I asked what the deal was, why she walked off. Another cashier told me she was due to leave 10 mins ago. (So why would she be doing everything behind the counter besides helping me?) By now a long line behind the other cashier had formed. They told me to get in line there, and I told them to forget it.
This was not a case where I’d been rude or done something offensive before this happened. I had quietly shopped, tried on a bra; and tried to buy it. I will not return to this store. Not recommended.

A little smaller than most of the stores that I’ve been to. However, I was welcomed and helped by all of the girls. I tried a few items and the girls even brought me a different size item that I needed. After paying, I received a free pair of sandals!

The girls at the Pink store were awesome! Alexis and Katie helped me find many great fitting bras. Katie helped me find my perfect measurement and was super friendly.
I’d definitely go back and ask for those ladies ;)

I was returning a bra for $ 29.50 because the strap kept falling off my right shoulder. I was presented with different bras to try by both a floor and a fitting room associate. I liked the fit of one bra in particular but it was $ 42.50 and I did not want to pay that much for a bra so I decided to get a refund vs. an exchange.
That’s when a cashier named Nina came in to play. She offered a $ 10 discount on the bra which I refused because it would still meant I had to pay more for the bra. Well, in my return bag she found the VS reward card (that I didn’t even know was there) from my previous purchase and scanned it. She offered to honor the $ 10 off discount in addition to the $ 10 reward card.
Nina saved the sale. I walked out of VS with a better bra AND panty for only $ 2.45 more. She was so friendly and helpful. I am super satisfied with the service and my new bra. The floor and fitting room associates that assisted me were also very helpful but Nina made a deal that was hard to refuse. I left smiling like a Chester cat. Thanks again Nina for the outstanding customer service.

Will never shop here again! Left after waiting 15 minutes to pay. Christmas comes every year… plan for it !

As any other girl, I absolutely love Victoria Secret. This location is pretty cramped it seems as is the mall. I rarely find good clearance rack deals, which are my favorite, but the new PINK section of the mall was nice. The staff here is also very nice. On a side note, I saw a few young girls shoplifting here (shoving thongs in pockets) and I told one of the workers at this store who then took care of it. The employees were very professional and took care of the matter right away.

The fit «experts» at this location are not so expert. They did not measure me, asked me to try different sizes and when I asked if the bra fit correctly, they told me it’s all about how it feels. Really?

Right off I have a ton of questions and I’m calling into the store. I would rather not make a trip out there just to find out they don’t have what I am looking for so I take a chance and call the store to see if they could help me find the item. Yes! This lady with this sweet British-​like accent didn’t just help me but she didn’t make me feel like the biggest pain in the butt for calling and asking about what they carry compared to what is online.
I think I’ll be making my trip to visit the store to make a purchase instead of making an online transaction.
