I understand that many roofers are busy at this time of year and after the latest storms we have had BUT cmon, Ive emailed this company twice in the last 7 days and have received nothing in response. Guess they dont need my business

I have dealt with The Roof Experts since 2012. I had major problems with my Roof and the first time Jeff Price came out and not only fixed every problem but went way beyond everything he did at NO CHARGE for me. You see this is one of the few Companies left that not only care about «Detail» but customer service and «Quality» work. You pay for what you get and if they are a little higher they are more than happy to meet anyone else’s pricing within reason. You see all their materials are of a better quality and that’s why your repairs or a new roof will last the test of time. You can’t go wrong with this company in their workmanship.

UPDATE: I was contacted last week by someone in the office who wanted to follow up on the first visit and my previous review that was posted. I explained my dissatisfaction with the pricing approach and why I didn’t think it was fair. After discussing the situation, the company agreed to come out and perform the repairs originally identified in the first visit for a reasonable price. A roofer arrived at my house the next morning and promptly went to work on the repairs. We had a good rain that night and the following day and did not see any leaks. I upped the review to 4 stars because the work appears to have been done well (they also included a 5 year warranty), and because someone obviously cares enough to follow up with a dissatisfied customer to make the situation right.

Although there were some issues with the original repair. The roof experts promptly worked to get the outstanding issues corrected to my expectations. I am therefore upgrading my rating to 4 stars and I would recommend them to others.

I scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate for some repairs to my roof. That appointment was cancelled and rescheduled twice and I was not given a reason why it had to be rescheduled. After several weeks have gone by and they cancelled again I asked them when they were going to come out and look at my roof they said they would have to get back to me the following week. That was two weeks ago and they never called me back. Very poor customer service. If you don’t want the job or your too busy just say so, but don’t jerk me around for three weeks.

I’m very happy with the quote, customer service and professionalism of all the people at The Roof Experts. I read the reviews after getting a quote and was worried. I told Jeff as much. He added all my concerns to the contract to ensure that his staff did as was discussed. I tried to get several quotes. One quote was a price gouge by one service, and another that was so low I wondered what «up-​sell» the guy might do after I might sign his contract. I was being blown off by many other companies too busy to bother to come out for their scheduled appointment; Jeff came in at the right price and willing to do the work (even though there ended up being extra unseen issues with our roof). One of his jobs fell through and so he called to get our roof worked on earlier than planned. We were worried that our roof issues would be made worse with El Nino and Jeff understood all our concerns due to our roof damage. He was willing to do a repair if we wanted it but we ended up going all out and getting a new roof with new tiles so we don’t ever have to think about it again. We especially appreciated the tile work done by Manuel and Enrique!

This is a great company with awesome service. The owner Jeff is a man of integrity and even went out of his way to see me to make sure I as happy with the service. Gando was very professional and neat. I highly recommend them.

The Roof Experts were the best price quote for me and were on time and sent a very nice serviceman. Would have liked to have seen pictures of the finished repairs as they took several photos of the roof before the repairs. But overall very happy with the whole experience and what sold it for me was the 5 year warranty on the whole roof not just the repair, and it is also transferable, should you sell.

I will be recommending «The Roof Experts» as a preferred supplier for our HomeOwners Association (HOA). You were great to do business with and worked with me on waiting until I was financially able to have the skylight installed. My wife„ said the serviceman was very nice and it looks llike he did a great job. Kudos to you and your company!!!

Rudy came out and gave me an estimate to fix my facia board. He went on the roof and checked out there was no other damage that needed to be fixed. He gave me the lowest price and I had them come out and do the work. Upon fixing the facia board, they found another area needed to be replaced. Rudy quoted me another $ 400 to do the area. I asked him why he didn’t find that area when he came out to do the inspection. He replied, «I thought you only wanted the one area done» HUH? Now I am the roof expert? They didn’t use textured board which is what my house consists of. They charged me way too much for a job that should have cost at least $ 150-​$ 200 less to complete. And, they were definitely NOT roof experts. Will never use again. Would not recommend.

The Roof Experts did a great job. They were on time. excellent customer service. They completed the repairs as quoted and left the site clean. Of the 4 quotes I obtained, the Roof Experts gave me the Best Value for my money with the Best Warranty.
I would recommend them for roof repairs and maintenance.

We had a great experience with Jeff. He came out at the time he stated to give us an estimate to replace the roof. He spent a considerable amount of time going over what needed to be done. His crew always arrived on time and cleaned up before they went home for the day. Jeff was usually there each morning to update me on the progress. I highly recommend The Roof Experts. Jeff is friendly and professional; I am very glad we found his company.
