Like other reviewers I tried to go to this location, on a weekday, when the posted hours said they were open, only to find a paper sign on the door saying «we’re closed, sorry». Seriously? You’re only open Monday through Friday from 10 to 5, get it together and be open during the posted hours. There are too many people on Unilocal who have shown up at your door only to find the same problem. It’s not just an isolated occurrence at this point, it’s a regular business practice, and it’s just not acceptable.

Hats hats hats! Every kind of hat! What makes this store so very special is that they had a couple of options for women with big heads. Cute ones too! I was absolutely thrilled. The customer service was very nice and helpful.

After emailing back and forth about putting names on my sons baseball teams hats in time for the season I came to drop them off and they say «sorry, we can’t do it». Great thanks for the service and leaving my sons team screwed just days before opening day. So disappointing. Won’t be back here again. Maybe if you speak the right language they will help you more, but they weren’t at all interested in my business.

So many hats to choose from! Lots of variety and always good deals! Always come to visit with my dad whenever he needs a new hat.

good selectioln. Great customer service but they changed their hours. they used to be open until 7 or 8 pm mon thru fri and sat and sun they were open, now they are only open mon thru fri 10 to 5pm. So i can never shop here again unless i have a day off from work. Too bad, i like this store.

I got to be honest, I have no idea if the staff knew I was in there. There didn’t seem to be any recognition at all from them. Maybe I’m Bruce Willis from The Sixth Sense or something because that was pretty weird.
As for the selection of hats, I didn’t really see anything that impressed me. Most of it seemed to be the cheaper kinds of hats nicer hat stores have for tourists and rubes.

I see that a lot of the reviews are from online, and to A C. who was asking for refund on return shipping costs, ha… you probably don’t do enough online shopping, most won’t honer that. I personally went into the store since i’m local and I was greeted and helped rather quickly. I was in the store no more than 10 mins as I found what I was looking for. They even threw in a free cheap hat of my choice on the counter. I would never wear it in public but heck I guess I can wear it while doing some gardening work at the house. Would have given it 5 stars if it were a little bit cheaper.

I am not a hat person, but I am going to an outdoor event next weekend that will be hot and sunny, and I don’t want to turn bright red. So, I decided a hat would be the best way to combat the sun.
My friend brought me here. Large selection, many cute big floppy hats to hide from the sun under. Prices were reasonable.
I ended up buying a big black hat. It’s cute. It was $ 29.00. After I bought it the lady working told me I could take any of the hats on the counter for free. Since I am not into hats, I let my friend pick one out.
If I ever needed a hat for another occasion, I would check this place out again, especially since they gave me a 15% off coupon that doesn’t expire.

I would stay away from this place. I had called and emailed to make sure they would get my order right and I was assured it would work out. They kept complaining and writing in all capitals «yelling» at me. I filed a complaint with the BBB, rejected the package the hat was mailed in and got my return.

I ordered a feather headband. Three days later this bogus company sent me a scrap of material and a ball point pen. I could not believe this! I though it was a hoax! I called them and went on their website and they asked me to mail them the merchandise back with my own money. I took pictures of the scrap material they sent me from my cellphone and sent them over to show them that they sent me a scrap of material instead of the feather headband and they denied they ever got the pictures. My blackberry shows they got the pictures just fine. By then I was so frustrated I threw the scrap and the pen in the trash. This company is an Internet hoax you do not want to order anything from them!

I tried looking on every website out there to find the right hat that my boyfriend wanted and e4Hats had that exact hat!
I ordered the Jacquard Plaid Classic Fedora Hat. The checkout was easy and simple. The shipping was quick and came in brand new shape, just like it should be. Many other retailers use cheap material to ship, but e4Hats were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for that perfect hat! Check em out here!

Just received my first hat from E4Hats, and whaddya know? A hat that actually fits on my head without cutting off my blood circulation! That alone wins points from me! Yes, I am one of the minority of people cursed with a larger than average head. It is very frustrating for folks in my predicament, because you see everyone running around with the coolest little hats on, and you can’t take part because most of the stores that carry these hats do not carry them in your size. I don’t even bother with local boutique shops anymore, as I already know (through disappointing experience after experience) that they simply don’t carry my size. Nope, if I wanna buy a hat, I have to do so online, from a retailer who either SPECIALIZES in large size hats, or at least has a special section of their inventory devoted to it.
fits into the latter category. And they have a decent enough variety (so far, anyway), and at reasonable prices. Ordering was easy enough, and my hat arrived in 3 days. I really can’t complain. I just ordered my 2^nd one whilst writing this review. I’m looking forward to receiving it…

Got my second hat, and it’s excellent. Fits perfectly. What a concept! I, too, can wear hats now! Thank you, e4hats!!! I know where to go when I need a hat now!

This hats store on harbor is mainly a front for e4hat’s online business; there is a large warehouse in the back and the store itself seems to share its space with a random snack shop. Still there are plenty of hats to try on with nice perfectly angled mirrors to check yourself out in. If you go to their website,
, you can shop online from a much larger selection of hats. FYI, this isn’t the place to go to support your «team» or prepare for the royal ascot; everything is strictly non-​branded and old school, in a good way.
Don’t let the cyber-​hotties on their website fool you though, this seems to be a strictly mom and pop operation. When I went the mom was very nice and complimented my head shape and said I looked cute in the newsboy, handsome in the beret, cool in the cowboy hat, stylish in the pork pie, striking in the fedora, and several more encouraging adjectives that made me feel attractive and positive about my future.
I am not a hat wearer but after my visit to e4Hats today, I will be. I will be.
