Fullerton Vision Center

I have been going to the Fullerton Vision Center for many years now. The staff is WONDERFUL. The doctor is professional and my prescription has not changed in several years. The rest of the staff here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about each and every person that works for Dr. Kaku. They will spend as much time with you as necessary to make sure you are happy with your glasses, contacts, etc.

I had a great experience here! The staff is wonderful; super friendly and professional! Dr. Kaku is awesome! He saw my 7 year old daughter who was a little nervous about seeing the eye dr due to a bad experience elsewhere and he made her feel at ease. He is great with kids! I have nothing but great things to say about this office.

My visit was overall awesome! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable during the exam, and they were attentive and considerate to my needs.

They are amazing! I had an emergency eyeglass situation (my dogs ate my frames) and they were able to help me get a brand new frame within hours! Great team and super friendly!

I had a great Experience here, the Staff was kind and helpful, I had came in with being discouraged by another vision center I went to who treated me unfairly and when I walked into (Fullerton Vision Center) they made me feel so encouraged and they Helped me in amazing way, not only did I leave with getting my prescription and picking out my glasses, but I get them tomorrow morning and I been without glasses for 2 years and they will be giving me my sight back within 24 hours, I Recommend these amazing staff members at Fullerton Vision, Thanks to Michelle and they other kind ladies who assured me with being Satisfied, They will do what they can to make you satisfied and make sure to get you a better deal then any other Vision Centers, they are very professional and kind making relationships with their clients, thank you guys for an amazing Experience and finding me the perfect glasses and making me feel exited and happy! I spent 4 days in excruciating pain and hundreds of $$ due to an «eye infection» that another doctor has diagnosed. In desperation I got a 2^nd opinion from Dr. K. He spent 5 minutes examining my eye and said I had an ingrown eye lash and NO infection. He took out the eyelash and I was immediately healed!!!
Love this place and the amazing staff! I will never go anywhere else again!!! Taking the whole family next week for eye exams!!!

I used to work at the Pediatric office and I always recommend patient to Dr. Kaku (Fullerton Vision Center) because I believe that they take good care of thier patients especially kids. All my children has been so seeing Dr. Kaku since they are little and they love him a lot and the staff are very nice and very helpful.

Very personable and organized but don’t buy contacts here. Take the prescription and get them from an outside vendor. They were twice as much as what I would have paid somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here for over six years now. During my first appointment, I thought I had double vision; but it turned out that there are TWINS working in the office.
All of the staff are great and Dr. Kaku is a wonderful genuinely nice physician. Fortunately, my vision is excellent and I haven’t needed glasses (yet.)

I have been coming here annually for about 3 years. I had just turned 26 and my insurance was expiring in a week. I wanted to get another pair of glasses made while I still had my insurance, so I could have a spare incase anything happens down the line.
They squeezed me in the next day. Dr. Kaku has always been nice and friendly.
I didn’t want to spend too much since I’m on a budget and these are just spares. The staff was great with answering questions about cost and which add ons are covered by my insurance. They also didn’t push any extra marketing stuff and gave me space to try on frames which I really appreciated (I feel pressured when other optometrist places hang around you).
The frames I picked were pricier than I expected, since they kinda look & feel like kiddy frames. After my insurance and everything it was still within the budget I was willing to spend, so I said okay. But the receptionist, to my surprise, mouthed to me «that’s a lot.» And offered to give me 100 dollars off the frames! After recalculating everything, the frames came out to be a great bargain! I was truly amazed.
What really got to me was the fact that they really didn’t have to do this. I’m not one of those special clients that come all the time or spend a lot of money on glasses. I’m just a student on a budget, I only come here once a year and only get glasses when I really really need to. I also told them about losing my insurance so they knew I might possibly not be coming back. I even told them I had gone to ANOTHER optometrist last year (because I was out of town and my glasses broke). After knowing all of that, the receptionist still gave me that deal without me asking and even when I was okay to pay full price. It shows they really care about people and not just money. No other place has ever done anything like this for me. I am truly grateful.
This is the kind of thing that makes you WANT to come back even if you have to go out of your way. When I get new insurance I am going to make sure that this place takes it so I can come back here.

I love EVERYONE at Dr. Jeff Kaku optometry office. My family have been going to Dr. Kaku for several years and highly recommend them. He is very thorough and caring. I have been using Fullerton Vision Center for over a decade, now. They are always courteous and friendly and go about their jobs in a professional manner. The results are great as my ever changing vision is brought into crystal clarity each time. Their selection of frames is good and they always have the latest styles. I recommend them to anyone.

The office staff is very knowledgable and helpful from addressing insurance questions to helping you select the right pair of glasses. They are also very friendly and patient. Dr. Kaku is thorough, takes time to explain your exam and changing vision needs… Overall Fantastic!!!

Dr. Kaku did a great job with looking at my eyes. He was really patient and took his time to be thorough. Never once did I feel rushed. He also has a great personality.

The Dr. And assistants are so nice!
I had problems with my eyes (mucus and irritation) and he told me what’s wrong with me and what to do and why I got it. They also said if it gets worse, I can check in without being charged! This appointment costed $ 130 and I have to check in next month for $ 45.

When I needed new glasses I was fortunate to come in while they were running a special on two pairs.
Dr. Kaku gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had and made some helpful recommendations.
The staff really hooked me up on my glasses price-​wise.
I compared their prices and nobody had a better deal.
Their selection of frames is excellent with variety to suit any taste.
Happily for Moms, their lobby has a nice video game consol for the kids.
I highly recommend this place!

I always get great service. Everyone in the office is always smiling and willing to help me. That is why my whole family goes there along with several friends I have referred. Everyone I know has had a great experience.
The staff is always willing to work with you to get the best priced and best looking glasses. There is a huge selection of frames and sunglasses so it fits any budget.
