The second I walked in with my husband and kids they loudly made an announcement about allowing children to run wild in the store. Mine were the only children in the store, and were all either standing next to me, or my husband. I would have ignored that, but I looked over at the lady making the announcement and she was staring directly at me, and continued to stare me down for the remainder of her message. A staff member then proceeded to follow us around the entire time we were in the store. The store itself is extremely poorly organized and cramped. Every employee that we spoke to in the store was either blatantly rude, or ignored us entirely. I will not be back to this location.

Wonderful place to donate your old appliances! Just brought them a huge old microwave oven from the mid 1980s. Could have been a tough problem to discard as the normal garbage collectors wouldn’t take it. But, these folks welcomed it with open arms! Made life real simple for me and I even got to walk away with a little tax deduction!

It’s dirty, gross, disorganized and not kept up at all. I felt like I had to shower after leaving here. However, if you need vases… Boy do they have vases. And housewares. If you keep coming consistently, you may find something you like. However, it did have some very hipster clothes in the front window, if you’re into that sort of thing.

I go by this center often and I shop at the adjacent BigLots and 99 Cent Only store, so I often walk through this Goodwill store. I really have to say the pickings are getting more slim here. They have raised the prices on many of the new returns(mostly from Target) so much that they often aren’t a good deal. I can’t see buying something at a thrift store for 90% of what I can get a perfect one for with warranty and all. Yeah, I know it’s a charity but people who shop at thrift stores do it to save money. It’s just not the same as a retail store. At Goodwill if you have a problem you often have either no returns or on electrical items the returns are only for store credit and only for one week. The problem with this is the credit slip they give you is only good at this store, not any other Goodwill store in OC. I had to return a $ 79 item and it took me a long time to find enough stuff here that I wanted. Prices too high. Pickings too slim. They have a lot of clothes here and there is always a large crowd here looking and trying things on, but I never buy used clothes. I know there are many clothes here that are new and still have tags on them but I just can’t spend the time and they don’t have my size in most cases. If I were a woman size 10 I’d probably feel differently. So Goodwill, I recommend you lower the prices in your stores, if you get them too high it will ruin your thrift store clientele.

It’s amazing in the past 2 years they seem to get so many NEW things, just check the prices. I have been able to find many brand new, with the tags games, books, bed linens, that are still for sale at Target or Walmart. Some things are priced more than the stores and some are less. I never get greeted on the way in, but on the way out, the people have always been super nice to me. I also donate there monthly, and the donation taker has been super pleasant. It’s Goodwill, it’s charity. If I wanted someone to kiss my ass I’d go to Nordstroms or Macy’s.

I love shopping here. The store is always clean and pretty organized. The staff isn’t super-friendly,(no one will greet you) but they are helpful and polite(some of them are former drug addicts, etc.). They have a variety of stuff organized by color and tags. Newer items are more expensive than older items. There is usually some kind of sale like 50% off orange tags or 50% off dresses. It’s not cheap, but if you look thoroughly you can find some great and inexpensive stuff. There is a dressing room with a 6-limit item.

This is just like the Goodwill near me in HB. Nothing extraordinary but I did find two ceramic owl figurines and season 1&2 of Sex and the City on VHS for cheap. Not the cheapest thrift store chain but there are some things to be found. This shopping center is for bargain lovers: not only is there a Goodwill, there’s also a Big Lots and a 99 Cent store. Ps. the Thai place is good too.

this is one of my favourite goodwills to hit up! always has some really cool vintage clothing at a much cheaper price than stray cat or buffalo exchange down the way. really spacious and well-organized, friendly staff. the only thing i would change is the location; i want it closer to me!(:
