Wow! What else can I say about the team and the strategy? We met with Neil and Joshua at our house and went through their process. Within a week our house was professionally photographed and listed with an open house the following week. We had over 350 people attend our open house with 70 bids! The Monday following our open house we opened escrow and 30 days later we had very successfully sold our house for much higher than we anticipated.

AMAZING! They literally sold my house in a day and closed on time! They were so helpful in telling me what I needed to do to get my house to sell, and gave me amazing advice! I never thought my house would sell so fast! Theresa was my agent, she was s helpful, patient and professional! So many people came to look at my house! It was gone before I knew it! Definitely as good as it gets! I sold my home through the One Day Home Selling System and got TOP DOLLAR! I had been pregnant with my second child with a toddler and dog running the house.
